I asked for a refund from this company…
I asked for a refund from this company for their Pocket ATM. I did not start the product or click on any of the links that were sent to me regarding its activation. And after several days, since my first request, I am still being asked why I want a refund - even though I have clearly stated my reasons several times. My initial request was received by their customer support staff. I clearly told them why I do not want the product (it will entail a substantial additional financial cost over time - according to reviews - AND requires a substantial time investment to learn how to use this product correctly. I am 71 years old, I am living on social security and a part time job - and I am not tech savvy - AT ALL! I requested the refund within 24 hours of the initial purchase, which was several days ago. Now, they are asking for more information about WHY I cannot utilize their product. I feel like they are taking advantage of an elderly person.
