Absolute terrible and would not recommend. I didn't believe the reviews at first and they sent me a faulty product. Took two weeks to arrive and I had to spend $20 just to f**king send it back and it's not covered either. Absolute s*hit service.
The 'as new' smart watch I purchased was clearly faulty. Almost no battery life and constantly just stops working altogether for hours on end. Customer 'service' was intent on shifting the blame into the customer from the first communication. Ended up getting a 50% refund - but am still therefore 50% out of pocket for a product I can't use. Would never ever purchase through them again.
Customer Service is pathetic and three weeks for delivery? Forget it.
Not only did I receive my package (Samsung Galaxy 22 ultra) more than two weeks after placing the order, but the package was also delivered faulty. The back panel was already peeled. The customer service was also poor.
