Pre-Ordered Battlefield Hardline
I pre ordered the battlefield hardline for a long time ago. (8/26/2014) i ask for the key but they said "wait for the game releases" and i wait for a long time. Emailed a few times and they said "Thank you for contacting DigiKeys sales team, a member of the team will respond to you shortly." No ones respond me. Game is released and i ask you again. Can you give me my key?

Bought Borderlands 2 from them over a week ago and still have not received my key. I've sent multiple emails and I have not received a reply from either of them in regards to me receiving my key.

Apparently the company is no longer operating. Received an email shortly after with a refund and with a message that leads me to believe that they are no longer selling keys. I don't know why the website is still up.

Good price, but no delivery yet...
I purchased a BF4 Premium key last night and I was told to contact their email for a key. I still have not received a reply. If I knew that there would be such a delay in delivery, I would have just spent the extra few dollars on Origin..

Fast customer service
Customer service was very fast and effective, but the fact that I needed to contact customer service means I cannot give full 5 stars review. I was promised a code was to be sent on day X, but in the evening few hours before midnight it hadn't arrived. Emailed customer service and they sent it to me within 5 minutes.

Delays, lies, wrong product
Delivery of BF4 and BF4 premium was delayed.
Originally advertised as Digital Deluxe, then claimed to only advertise vanilla version
Advertised 12 bonus battlebacks then they say they only get delivered 'over time'.
Never shopping with them again.

Apologies for the late delivery, time zones unfortunately distort release dates.
With regards to false advertising, no where on the product description was it stated that it was the Digital Deluxe edition. On every single posting of the item it was clearly stated several times the product was Battlefield 4 + China Rising DLC.
In addition, the 12 bonus battlepacks are not released at once. Similar to Battlefield 3 Premium dice will slowly release them with each new DLC release.
Hopefully this clears up any misunderstanding you may have had regarding Battlefield 4 Premium.

Got my game on the release date, and the game was very cheap.
I bought Battlefield 4 from Digikeys.co.uk. It was very cheap, and i got the game 2 days before release date, so that i could pre-load the game.
I am happy with the service!

I saw a video on YouTube and got a voucher to buy Battlefield 4 and later the premium for 30% less
So I give it a try and I received all at the promised date.

Excellent service. Cheap and hassle-free.
I pre-ordered battlefield Battlefield 4 through DigiKeys and received an e-mail saying that I would get my code on the release day. I actually received it the day before which was highly convenient as it allowed me to pre-load the game ready for midnight when it was released.
I also had a query regarding a product so I e-mailed the DigiKeys customer support e-mail address and they got back to me within a few hours.
I will definitely be using this website again.
