I received one of these vouchers recently and had a question re the Hamper choice I wanted. I phoned their customer service team who were fantastic and so helpful.
Ordered 50+ hampers and when they arrived (after Christmas, despite promises that they'd arrive in time), they'd sent out the wrong hampers which were more than £10 cheaper than what I'd paid for. So far I've also counted 6 people who haven't received theirs.
I've been chasing via email and phone to no avail. Whilst I'm happy that something arrived in the end after believing I'd been scammed, I'm owed around £600 in refunds for the missing items and cheaper hampers that were sent.
Avoid!!
Ordered 5 hampers at the end of November for delivery early December- had to chase constantly as they weren’t delivered within the time requested. I made a mistake with one delivery address which I offered to pay for the extra postage for and was told that wouldn’t be necessary- the hamper was never delivered. They never respond to emails and when you do get through on the phone they fob you off and never call back when they say they will.
Will never use again and would recommend others avoid unless you want to lose money and be disappointed
Ordered 6 hampers in early December; Only received 5 hampers, they were a cheaper one than what we ordered and it also arrived late.
Cannot get in contact with the company (ignored emails and phone is always an answering machine)
I ordered 34 hampers on 7th December and was guaranteed delivery in 5 working days and still no sign of them. There phone has been set to answer machine for 10 days and no one has replied to my emails. I have been provided with no tracking numbers and I fear I have been scammed. Very disappointing and saddening
Basically - same as everyone below -they take your money, then are unable to get the delivery sorted, then lies saying its on its way, then ghost you when you chase... im down >£100.
-Order placed 14.12.20
-No updates sent at all
-They have their phones disconnected
-They don't reply to emails
-Their social media is pointless as youre met with a template reply
-Their website states due to covid they have delays but all orders pre 21.12.20 will be delivered on 22.12.20 or 23.12.20. This is seems to be an excuse as they sent me proof that my package wasnt handed to DHL untill 1720 on 23.12.20
Essentially dont bother using them, they are more hassle than its worth

Ordered a Silver Bells hamper for delivery on the 10th December this year, it's now the 22nd December and still nothing. Calls go straight through to answerphone and all my emails are being ignored.

This company is a joke. I ordered hampers for our staff xmas gifts this year. After days of calling I finally got through to someone who told me that my order was due for delivery two days later...it never arrived. I emailed as at that time their phones went straight through to a recorded message. I received a response to say my delivery would be a further two days...no tracking number despite asking for one. Four days on and no sign of order, no response to further emails. I am now left with 25 unhappy staff and me stressing to work out what else I can get that would go some way to making up this mess. I'd better get a refund!!!! I am extremely unhappy and urge you to avoid at all costs!
I ordered two items of which one was delivered a few days later without any problem. However, I am still waiting for the second part of my order two weeks later. I have sent a number of emails to all available email addresses I could find on their website but get either now reply at all or - after sending reminders -generic replies with a tracking number for the part of my order that was already delivered. It doesn't look like they care about resolving this issue since they have already received my money for the order. This is majorly annoying and not acceptable. Therefore only one star from me (zero if I could give that) and I will definitely not order from them again!
