Noticed 2 pending charges

Noticed 2 pending charges, one for $2 and another for 41.99. I have never used this site. Called customer service to cancel whatever subscription this is, informed them I have never used the site and requested a refund. I was informed that only a 50% refund could be issued after the trial period, and to expect to process in 5-10 business days. These charges were caught immediately, there was no "trial period." Stay away from whoever this is.

Hello! You have written a review for the wrong company. Your charge was made by a scam company with a name similar to ours, but not identical.

We are DIGIGAMES.COM.

We are not:

mydigigames.com
digigames.club
digigame.pro

....nor do we have any affiliation with this scam agency that is making many websites and victimizing people. It is important that you call your bank and file a scam/fraud report. If you don't, you will be charged monthly. Simply call your bank to get your money back and to stop the fees.

If you have any information as to how the scammers got your credit card information please do share us as we are initiating a formal investigation into their scam operation, and any details you can provide will be extremely helpful.

We are happy to answer any further questions you may have.

Include me with any complaints against digigame.pro!

Writing to include my information with any lawsuit brought to Digigame.pro. In May 2024 I opened a free 5 day trial for the DigiFIT app - an exercise app with nothing to do with Digigames.com (good guys) or Digigame.pro (horrible scam). Once I ended the free trial a recurring charge from digigame.pro began May-September and now I'm trying to find a human to take responsibility for it. Please include me in any and all complaints against digigame.pro. I'm truly sorry your business has been so affected and time taken up on all of this!!

I am the owner of digigames.com. While the name is similar to the scammers at digigame.pro we are a completely different company.

Digigame.pro claims to be based in Georgia. Their website shows the address 760 Old Roswell Road, Suite 494, Roswell, GA, 30076, however, this is only a forwarding address, which is something many scam operations utilize. By contrast, my company, "Digigames.com" is based in North Dakota and Minnesota.

The Secretary of State for the state of Georgia doesn't even show a valid company name with the name "Digigame". So, either they are lying about what state they are doing business in, or they are operating their scam operation without a valid business license. By contrast, anyone can view details regarding my company DigiGames.com on the North Dakota Secretary of State website.

Additionally, their toll-free numbers are 888-814-1941 and 855-954-3060, both owned by a telecom called Twilio, a VOIP provider, and the numbers only ring to an answering service, not a live agent at digigame.pro. Perhaps Twilio would be interested to know that there are scammers on their network, illegally processing innocent people's credit cards.

Over the course of the past 6 months, we have received over 500 complaints from people mistaking digigame.pro with my company digigames.com. Note that my company has an "S" in the name and ends with ".com". This is not to be confused with an imposter company known as digigame.pro and has no "S" in the name and ends with ".pro" not ".com". With each of the 500+ complaints logged by our company we tell each person to file a fraud/scam charge with their credit card issuer. The scammers at digigame.pro will continue to lose their ability to process credit cards as a result.

So, when you inspect your charge and see "digigame.pro" and NOT "digigames.com" then write your review at the link at the bottom of this post so that we can include your information in with a lawsuit we will be filing soon against digigame.pro. All the data we have received is being forward to the Attorney General for further fraud investigations.

WRONG COMPANY! There are 4 companies out there with the variations of "DigiGame" in their title. This person was charged by "digigame.pro" (note that there is no "S" in the name and ends with "PRO") which is different from our company "digigames.com" (which has an "S" and ends with "COM").

This is a harassing and threatening individual to our support staff and we will be seeking legal remedies for the harassment and multiple online reviews, which amount to public defamation and is therefore libel.

Thieves

Thieves. Do not buy anything from them. I paid for 2 laptops with pre-loaded games and an extra receiver. Non of the stuff arrived. They don’t return emails or calls. Had to hunt them down on eBay only to find they have scammed others. They disappeared with my $800. Still pursuing a case with the police and will travel personally to their premises once I am back in US...they will probably say this is a fake review, but think about it...why would I target a random company. If you want evidence send me an email karambakudzai-at-gmail.com and I will send you all my communication with them and my bank...thieves

Digigames - Possibly the WORST Service Experience EVER

Ha! After MONTHS of being ignored, having my credit card charged without an order fulfilled, and being put through "the ringer," their wonderful owner finally answered one of our messages.. telling us (more than 6 months since our initial contact) that he "will not be helping us because we slammed him on Yelp" (ironic, since we simply reported frankly that we'd been charged w/out a product and not helped for many months) and that it "doesn't matter anyway" because "no one checks his Yelp reviews."

Well, it appears to be time to spend the next few weeks conducting a de-marketing campaign for Digigames and the various other sites it's spawned including its ebay listing.
Would be so much easier for the guy just to provide the product, wouldn't ? Some folks just want to argue and fight, I guess.

Purchased a trivia game on QnA Time…

Purchased a trivia game on QnA Time (Owned by DigiGames) for a conference. We kept on having issues the week prior getting it to load as it kept giving us error messages. Tom blamed it on the interest, on the browser, on our computers, etc. and assured as that it was not thier system and it would work fine come the day. Come to our conference's trivia night and the program is competently unusable, as we suspected. So, we ended up having to print out the game for 150 people and play that way. Guests PAID for a live trivia game they could use their phone to play but instead did not get that experience. We were promised a refund afterwards (September 2019). Its now almost December and our credit card was charged TWICE for the month of October, once the month of November and NO REFUND for September. Shameful way of doing business and will likely have to cancel our business credit card to stop the charges as no one will email me back or call me back. BUYER BEWARE!

UPDATE : Digigames has now charged us 5 times total since September - owing us over $900!!!!

If you want to spend a lot of money on something and have NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, BUY FROM THEM!

This company is horrible to work with now! We have purchased several things from them over the years and used to get great response from them when we had issues. Our last purchase however is much different. We are spending over $3500 on this purchase. We have been having issues with the software for almost 6 months now and can not get any help from them. We have called, sent texts, email and tried using their chat and are getting NO RESPONSE! We even spoke with someone who sent messages to Tom Dorsher for us and did get a reply telling us he had never gotten any correspondence from us. He told this guy to tell us to email him which we have been doing and still getting no response. Now his Facebook page is gone and the digigame Facebook page is gone. We are now unable to sign into the chat on their business page. We are making payments on the software and buttons that have NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Didn't want to give them even 1 star but had no lower option!
Don't buy from this company!!!

My son bought the 5 trivia cubes for his fraternity. They only had a Mac and this is dependent on Windows. DigiGames (Thomas Dorsher , Customer Care, DigiGames Inc.,thomas(at)digigames.com ,Office: 1-701-742-2351, Cell: 1-701-710-0034) told us to return the cubes..I sent them USPS priority mail. They received them as reflected on my USPS Priority Mail receipt, "delivered at front door". This was Nov. 2018. It is now late Feb 2019, I have called, text, online chat, emailed... everything.. I cannot get ANYONE to respond to me. There has been no refund, and we dont have the cubes anymore.. So basically, Digigames took $600 from my son who is trying to pay his way through college.. Very poor and shame on you..... That was my nice review..

True story ... A bunch of G0dd@m CRIMINALS...I am pi$$ed as a (Fat Uncle Chewing Kitkats) at these people and if they had half a care for their customers, they would get on this now...

STOP! Do your research first!

I’m sure you can tell these reviews are not legit, when the title of the review sound like a sales line you know something isn’t right.

Please do your research on this company, I have never dealt with a company this bad in my life, I even had to get my bank to force a refund after they sent my parcel to another country by mistake and somehow there reply was deal with it been late or we will cancel the order (bit hard when I had already made plans.)

Tom the owner is incredibly rude and as I mentioned after returning the items (because they look like they are made in someone’s back yard) I had to lodge a complaint with MasterCard who agreed with me and forced the refund.

PLEASE do your research and avoid this company, I ended up finding a better product by a company called enjoyvote which was about $85 cheaper per buzzer.

Please be assured their company response below is misleading, feel free to look at the review he left me (not that I care mate) and ask yourself what type of person he is.

review can be found on this website search for npplpoker.com.au

Do you really think that he is honest in his reply? haha
