I purchased a product from them, which was actually supplied by a company located in another European country. However, I received an invoice with VAT included, instead of a reverse-charge VAT invoice, as it should have been for an intra-EU transaction.

The website, although written in Romanian, is very unclear about where the products are actually shipped from.

Also, they are not reachable by phone, even though a phone number is listed on their contact page — they hang up immediately when the call connects.

So far, my experience has not been positive.
I’ll update this review depending on how the situation develops.
