This program is easy to follow. I like the videos to workout with. Lots of recipes to find what I like to eat. The reminders to stay with it, helping keep track of this new journey I'm on now !

What a scam

What a scam. A one off $35 purchase in February turned into a $133 debit/ subscription from my credit card in May.
They cancelled “my” subscription but would not give a refund.

RUNAWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give it zero stars I would. Signed up, selected the 12 week trial and paid $19.99. First issue- I selected English as the language ( note- there is only one option for English- UK). I didn’t realize at the time that it was the incorrect language since the flag is extremely difficult to read. My weight is in kilograms. Went to my profile to change the measurement- it already lists Imperial but doesn’t display Imperial ( issue 2). Issue 3- sent an email ( coaching is available 24/7 per the site). Received an automated message back stating that it would take 24-48 hours to get back to me. I decided at that point to cancel. It is easy to cancel but I read that you may be charged more ( not sure why since I can still access my account). Issue 4- received not one but 2 emails ( one yesterday and one today) offering me a discount if I sign up. Each email has 3-4 links. I have clicked on each link. They all do the same thing- takes me to the login page. I log in- nothing on the page about the offer. I then go to Manage Subscription and it shows what was cancelled. Funny thing- yesterday it showed the cost of $19.99 and today it shows $84.00. No way to renew. I have sent 2 more emails alerting them to this but have not heard back ( and at this point I don’t expect to). My advice- run, Don walk away from this company. Poor customer service. Only interested in getting your money!
