I’ve tried emailing them to ask about my refund as they answered to start off with, but after i emailed again to follow up they haven’t got back to me since. They are not legit and a scam. Keep away

The site has been copied from a Ukrainian seller that doesn't ship outside of the Ukraine. You will be sent cheap jogging bottoms that are incorrectly sized. I raised a dispute through my card and they lied saying they'd sent a returns label when they hadn't. It's a scam site

At the end of July 2024 I purchased a cool tactical black/grey pants on their website but I received totally another item, so I contacted them via email, we had few exchanges, they appeared nice and quick responsive. However when they sent me the link with the return label, it had a QR code instead of the barcodes so the courier couldn't accept the return packed package.
I explained everything to DigApparels, they told me they would have sent a new corrected return label, but then I never received it and they did answer to my email anymore.
I had to requests the money back directly to the credit card.

Ordered mine but never came. Emailed them, but again, no result. Scam!

SCAM SCAM SCAM - Paid for two pairs of pants and a belt to the tune of US$117.47. This company indicated that order was received and paid for. 'Expedited' shipping with delivery estimate given of 5-8 days.
No tracking # provided, and no response from company when tracking # was requested from Roguelocker.com. Order number provided was not recognized by Shopify app. Nearly 30 days since order was confirmed and absolutely nothing reeived. 'DIGApparels' trading as Rogue Locker.
Almost forgot.... within a day or two of my purchase, my Visa card was used in suspicious activity, the scamming tw@t.

Saved some money and decided to order this elegant cargo pants advertised online. 4 months down the Line I have never received the parcel. I Tried to reach them through their email, they took me through circles, finally no replies to my emails anymore.

Dig Apparels is now trading as rogue locker. this site has scammed people out of money and when items were sent they were not what was advertised. BEWARE these serbian run scam sites are lying about what they have to offer.

I ordered on July 6 and the last email was on August 3 apologizing for the delay. Nothing since. I hope I can get my money back.

I have had a pair of thin trousers which are nothing like the ones advertised however there is no confirmation that these were the trousers. If they are, they’re not what was advertised. Don’t buy guys, utter scam. they are now going by the name Rogue Locker same S@~T different name. i have sent my product back a month ago and still not have a refund terrible horrible people.

I bought 2 tactical pants who never came. waited 6 weeks before i asked where my order was. They answered they ar awaiting information from their transporter. Waited another 6 weeks and reclaimed my money. Not a word after that

I ordered a pair of pants and belt and was sent a cheap pair of the wrong pants they apologized and said the warehouse they shipped through sent me the wrong pants and to return them and that they'd fix my order after 2 months of trying and failing to receive my refund they've changed the name of the site to "Rogue locker" and are refusing to accept my emails and absolute scam and waste of my time and money.

Pure scam. I bought a jacket and trousers. They sent me only s*it trousers from China saying that the warehouse made on shipping the wrong items . They sent a label to return it but it didn't work and the courier didn't accept it. They do not answer anymore to the emails. STAY AWAY FROM THESE BA***RDS

Absolutely a scam. I order 2 pants and a belt. Got cheap crap made in china. Sent it back and haven’t been issued a refund. Pure scam

I wish i had read reviews before purchasing These people are pure scumbags go and get a job and stop scaming people.Order trousers some crap from china came from china enailed them they didn't get back. Stay well clear pure scam

I ordered 2 jackets end of July it's now 16th September and nothing, not even answering my emails. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had. If I could give minus stars as a rating I would. Disgraceful behaviour.

Absolute scam, trousers where nothing like I ordered, was getting a response until I sent item back for a refund and now I'm getting nothing from them, I'm not sure how to get my money back, avoid at all cost

Total scam. I ordered tactical combat pants and received some sort of shiny K Pop dance pantaloons worth 1/10th of the money they charged.
I retuned the item, tracked and confirmed, and after 4 weeks no credit has been issued. My emails go unanswered.
This company is a fraud. A total scam. DONT NOT BUY FROM DIGAPPAREL!

They sell the worst quality clothes, they use misleading advertising. It is literally a theft of our money. I hope that the money they have stolen from me falls like a curse on these thieves.
