I subscribed to Diem for a long time but deliveries of the monthly refill abruptly stopped in late 2025. Very disappointing that the company have had no communication with customers (despite still appearing to be solvent) and that any emails sent to the contact address on the website have not been responded to. As and when whatever is ‘coming soon’ arrives I for one will not be subscribing again

Look to be insolvent. There’s mention of a new brand Waer. I’d steer clear .

Suspect the business may have gone bust as access to accounts and the shop has been taken down.

DIEM Scents is such a unique and creative idea! Easy to use and set up, with a curated and accessible website. My favourite scent is 'No Strings'! I love the smell and it lasts so long! Perfect summer scent!

Absolutely love the concept of DIEM! The case fits into almost every bag, which makes it perfect for when you’re on the go. I ordered the starter kit and got two extra samples - which is great for trying out different combinations when layering. My personal favourite is ‘No Strings’!

The scents are great! I've been using it for awhile. Love how I can throw the small size in my gym bag.

5 stars! One thing I love is how compact and stylish the new refillable cases are. No more lugging around heavy perfume bottles, just a perfectly sized fragrance that fits into my bag for easy touch-ups throughout the day.

The scent quiz was spot on, too. It guided me toward scents I never would’ve picked for myself but ended up loving. It’s clear they put thought into making fragrance personal and I love having a pick of scents to match my mood!

The 10ml refillable case is genius and handy to keep in your bag. Love that you are able to try different scents without having to purchase a large bottle.

I've been a customer of Diem since launch and received not only their launch Discovery Set, but also more recently, their Club Kit. The fragrances are of exceptional quality, my personal favourites being Quiet Riot, and Primal Draw. I'm so happy they've launched a travel case in time for the summer holidays. Keep it up, Diem!

Really impressed with the product (which arrived very quickly). I especially like the refillable case - it has a lovely look and feel to sit alongside my other favourite fragrances, and is also extremely convenient for travel (10ml is a perfect size) - the twist opening means it shouldn’t spray the contents of my wash bag/toothbrush etc!

This is a great little company with some really good ideas and a nice range of perfumes- something to suit everyone! I’m pleased to see they’ve started offering smaller size bottles for travel, and when I use up my 30ml bottle I will buy a couple of these for my handbag, holidays etc. The scent I bought was called Lunar Bud at the time, but I think the name has changed to Primal Draw now? It’s gorgeous- luminous, light and feminine. It also smells a lot more expensive than it is, and the scent lasts well. Overall I think this company is innovative, good value and definitely worth a look for anyone who enjoys perfume ☺️

The fragrance I chose (No Strings) really does last all day and doesn’t smell like anything I’ve tried before. I would definitely recommend it.

I was a bit dubious about trying this because you just never know what it’s going to smell like and the bottles looked small in the pics. So glad I did try as I could not be happier! The scents smell amazing and the bottles of fragrance are actually way bigger than they look. Mine lasted about 4 weeks in my bag. I got two fragrances and love love Self Made. Would really recommend.

Loved the option of answering questions initially to match you with perfumes you'd be likely to love, there were 2 in my set of 5 that I loved, one I bought a 30ml initially and just the other 1 one in the new 10ml with case for your handbag and very pleased with both. Orders arrive very promptly and perfumes themselves are beautiful and last, my husband always comments when I wear them!

I was sceptical initially however blown away from the very first spray.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diem to anyone.

I signed up to DIEM after seeing an ad on Instagram, I ordered one of their Starter Sets along with two refills. I love the travel case which fits perfectly in my bag and the scents seem to last a long time and are really unique to anything I've tried before, will definitely be trying more !

I tried a sample set of perfumes and they were gorgeous. Self made and Love Tangle are my absolute favourite.
I love smelling different everytime 😁
