Richard was extremely helpful throughout the designing of an engagement ring for me. He gave excellent guidance and made the ring buying process so much easier. The ring was exactly what my fiance was looking for. Thank you Richard, couldn't have done it without you!

Dicky was recommended to me through our Rugby club, from start to finish the process felt easy, I was a bit surprised and thought it would be harder to get it right. From sharing what design I wanted, the colour, ring style and gems to get the perfect engagement ring. My partner is incredibly happy with the ring and thinks it’s perfect.

Richard was recommended to me by a friend. Despite living up north, the communications were easy and the process was made as seamless as possible. As a novice, Richard taught me a lot about diamonds. Over several emails and calls we established what was most important with regard to the 4 Cs, so that he could present several diamonds to choose from when visiting in person. We found the perfect diamond and enjoyed a celebratory pint after. The engagement ring was made up several weeks later and Richard arranged another meeting for in person delivery. The whole process was enjoyable and I would highly recommend. Richard has already helped my mum with the purchase of some beautiful diamond earrings. She is also over the moon. Thank you Dicky!

I cannot recommend Richard's services enough. A contact advised I seek out his services when I was totally out of my depth looking for an engagement ring, and Richard made the process easy, manageable, and transparent. He was always on hand if I had any questions and he kept me up-to-date on all aspects of the process. He is obviously an expert in the industry, and unlike many of the shops you find in Hatton Gardens, there were no sneaky extra costs, no smoke and mirrors - just honesty and clarity from the word go. And, as the ultimate judge of the service, my now fiancé absolutely adores the ring!

Working with Dicky was great, buying a ring can be both a stressful and somewhat bewildering experience at times, the world of precious gems isn't one for making things easily understandable. That being said Dicky took his time to deliver a personal experience that demistified your si1's from you carats and meant I was very happy with the end result.

I'd happily go back again (one hopes not for another engagement ring, but another item of jewelry) and the value for money compared to other stores was very apparent.

Rich made my perfect engagement ring! After looking around and around and finding it hard to find somebody we trusted, we was recommended Rich by a friend of ours. The appointments were super easy to organise and rich would go out of his way to ensure we got everything sorted. He even got it in time for our engagement drinks! I was and am sooo over the moon with my ring. Will be returning for our wedding bands! Highly recommend.
