I spoke with Shannon after I placed an online order and did not realize they do not normally ship out of state. However, Shannon was so accommodating she shipped the item regardless and complimentary. She also told me it was their 50th anniversary of being in business. After such amazing customer service it is understandable why they are celebrating 50 years. Thank you Shannon and again congrats on 50 years!!
