Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful! Website is misleading and constructed to deceive (in my opinion).
4 items, (only knowingly ordered two) however... order took over a week to arrive.
RETURNING ORDER HAS AND SILL IS FRAUGHT WITH OBTUSE, UNHELPFUL and INEPT responses FROM DICKIES LIFE, YODEL and UPS! WHO COLLECTED SAID RETURN AND UPON INQUIRY HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF AFOREMENTIONED PACKAGE.
DESPITE PHOTOGRHIC/ VIDEO EVIDENCE.
PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AS I, BY ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS COWBOY OUTFIT!
I CAN ONLY PRESUME THAT THE CEO IF DICKIES IS UNAWARE OF JUST HOW BAD THEIR COMPANY IS BEIN RUN IN THE UK.

Worst shopping experience ever!

Worst shopping experience ever!

First order they put my adress on the wrong package so i had to take 4-5 calls and send 10+ emails then i get the news that mine was ”lost” but im pretty sure it was never sent off in the first place, then i had to pay for another one while waiting on the refund for the first one, Second package comes in and its the cheaper model of the shirt i bought even tough they only have the ”expensive” one on their page, and now they are telling me i have to send it back to get the right one? At this point its such a headache so i wont bother with it… if it was me working there i would just send a new one free of charge for all the troubles it caused! Never never never again thats for sure!

Goods and service totally fine

My experience with Dickies Life was absolutely fine, and I feel compelled to write a review to share it in contrast to other experiences. Although all the items weren’t right for me (too big and multiple sizes ordered) ordering, collection and returns via Collect+ were totally straightforward. Things did definitely take longer than ‘usual’ but I think it’s because goods are coming from Europe and having to deal with Brexit red tape.

Delivery is SHOCKING!!!
In this day and age to be waiting over a week for a delivery is unheard of!!
Suggest you get a better couier service as Yodel are not worth it!!

FRAUDSTERS. wouldn't let me cancel an order I just placed

I tried to cancel my order placed 15 mins before and was told that there was no option for this and I had to receive the order and send back for a refund! This is fraud and against consumer rights. The customer service representative wouldn't put me through to a manager and then hung up on me.

One word thieves

Item ordered 9th November waited 3 weeks no item emailed customer services reply they were experiencing severe delays on items ordered the 9th of November.checked tracking item not received by sender emailed customer services again reply was we have processed your refund that was on the 2nd of December still waiting don't expect to see my money back steer clear bunch of thieves

Terrible customer service returns

Great clothes, terrible return process. Rather order there clothes through asos or end than through the official website. Taking weeks to get refund. Surely this needs fixing, it's embarrassing.

Never received a refund

I can see others had the same issue as me. Bought trousers that didn’t fit so had to return. Returned my order and never received my refund. Have been trying to contact them through email and have had no help. I ended up ordering the right size from END and I’ve never had issues with them. If you’re wanting to order some dickies I’d recommend ordering from another website rather than the official.

The after-service is horrendous

Just like everyone else is saying, The customer service is worse than you can think of. Bought a pants that is to big and wanted a refund. Never had an answer on my E-mails. I called customer service and some guy told me he would send me a return lable by E-mail in 10 minutes. That lable never arrived. Big scam.

Do not use!!!

Nothing wrong with Dickies clothes. But Dickies Life? Run a mile. Delivery estimates are fiction, tracking is impossible. I've been waiting ten days for a pair of shorts. The woman on the phone tells me they're in a warehouse in England, the guy on email tells me they're crossing Europe and they'll have a revise delivery estimate seven days from now. Summer could end at any moment. I want my shorts.

Atrocious service - Impossible Refund

Atrocious service.

Ordered a pair of trousers on the 31st of Jan, they never arrived. Attempted delivery marked that I am not known at my own address, despite having no issues with any other services. Dickies Life automatically emailed me informing me that I would be refunded and the package would be returned to their depot - no options were offered.

It's now March 3rd, and with a chain 11 emails deep in which their customer service informs me there was an issue and that I will automatically be contacted about my refund and to contact them in case of any other issues. Each time I have contacted them back, letting them know that I am still awaiting my refund, to no response, to receive the same email from another agent weeks later. The worst part is that you can see in the conversation history that I have already told them I'm awaiting my refund, yet receive the same message everytime it's like groundhog day out here.

I've gone from being a solid fan of the brand to wanting to burn all my Dickies products over the course of this. I should have seen the red flags when others had made similar complaints on here, it was stupid of me to think that I wouldn't have to worry about their poor customer service as there would be no problems with my order.

As a follow-up to my 8 February review

As a follow-up to my 8 February review, Dickies 'customer service' eventually contacted me, but only to provide details of how to return the wrong jacket which they'd dispatched. As these details are always available on Dickies' website, it seemed a pointless exercise to have emailed me. I received non of my requested information on why they kept sending me the wrong garment, how I might obtain the correct one, and - indeed - whether Dickies' advertising website offers accurate information on the two products. So, it seems that I was merely being brushed aside by 'customer services', despite the politeness of their messages. Dickies is an international business with respected products, but the quality of service provided by its UK branch is abysmal. Dickies' HQ needs to initiate an enquiry into this UK division, give it a thorough shake-up, and - presumably - send a few heads rolling.

Trying to return some clothes however i…

Trying to return some clothes however i didn’t get told you needed a printer for the label, so i emailed the customer service to get a return slip posted to me and they didn’t even respond, so i emailed them again... still no response. It came to the day when the returns driver was coming to collect my parcel but i could give it to him as i still didn’t have a returns slip, in the end my friend printed one out for me. so now i am trying to sort out a new date for the driver to come collect the parcel but it isn’t letting me choose a slot as it’s saying i have nothing to return as i’ve already made a return for this particular order.

No item received and poor customer service

Ordered coat early December and originally the order got caught in the covid blockade. It's been 6 weeks now and nothing has happened.
By the time it arrives it'll probably be too warm to even need the coat.
Customer services offered essentially a shrug in response to when it might arrive.

Absolutely horrible horrible service

Absolutely horrible horrible service, I purchased some 844 dickies in middle of December, They were returned a week later due to sizing.
Now i have been waiting 2 weeks for a refund and still nothing.
Dickies if you can see this, Change your refund policy immediately its awful.
