The initial dealing was great. However they messed up the paperwork for the licensing and I has to pay an additional couple of hundred dollars that should have been in the financing. They would not negotiate a comprise with me.
I went to Kelso Toyota looking to buy a Corolla and they didn’t have the one I wanted so our salesman Kai offered to go get the one I wanted . When he return and I test drove it I wanted to buy it. The experience was awesome and our salesman Kai was very helpful and friendly.
Friendly, knowledgable and caring customer service. My wife and I worked with Maria Hall. She helped us find the best Acura TLX for us. We had a great experience. Jonathan Gedeon guided us through the financing and we drive away feeling like he helped us make good decisions.
I had to block the VW Service Director, Abby Bacon, on social media as she will casually talk negatively about me, a customer of over a decade and former employee, in public forums (and in private conversations she doesnt know get back to me). Why? Almost ten years ago I failed a UA for a state-legal drug. Thats it, I worked there 6 weeks and ten years later this "professional" in customer service is saying negative comments about me on Facebook.
Abby has memorized my name, and Im honestly shocked someone with such an impressively negative attitude to such a ridiculous and archaic failure to stay with the times.
How sad is it, Dick Hannah? You really cant find someone better? You really have NO idea about the toxic environment this woman is operating?? Its been TEN YEARS LOL. I was completely respectful, just peed dirty, damn Abby, get a life.
I was able to get a good deal but only through persistence. If you're stubborn, they'll help you out (on a lease at least).
I feel like I really got screwed when I bought my last car here. I loved it before but I had different sales people. I now have a much higher payment, much less perks and am very unhappy that so many things don't work all the time!!
