A great system
Matt and the team at dice boss have been amazing in developing the booking app to include all our needs as a board game cafe from regular table bookings to event bookings.
We have gone from using other several systems that wasn’t ideal to moving over to Dice Boss and having it catered to what we need - one booking app that has everything we need.
It is simple to use and the customer experience has been positive too and we are getting regular bookings and notifications that help us focus on the other side of running a business.
Any time we have needed support the team have answered our questions and helped make sure we felt we were getting a service to suit us.
A great idea that is working in practise for events and table bookings - I couldn’t imagine not having this system in place!
