The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. I have been contacting the bank in their customer care number and even tried chatting with their virtual assistant, but nothing worked. The customer care guy gave a confusing reply and was not even ready to clarify. He just said to visit the branch. When checked with one of their staffs, he suggested to try their customer care number 🙄. They deserve negative rating

I have very bad experiance with dib. I have an account in dib for past 22years but now i am sorry. My issue is that i want to cancel my credit card and keep calling it every time i call they say some one will call you and i got a call one time and i was praying so couldn't recieve the call after call back no one responce.
Several time calling to the call centre no one responded.

Worst bank ever, I have faced dispute transaction during online salik recharge, while I try with other bank credit card they didn't share my OTP and block my card, without knowing this I try with Dib credit card they approved and I got lose 5000 aed, when I approach their customer service, they simply says this is a genuine transaction, you may raise the concern with police. Trustless bank, no security for customers.

Too long hold on call to reach one of the CSR. The same as well for the live chat. And after reaching one of the CSR on the live chat, he says he cannot help me and this channel only for the bank offers. Seriously!!!!
Last thing is that the online banking application have so many tech issues.

Worst banking experience in Dubai
My experience is with Burdubai branch DIB.
I had a credit card which I wanted to cancel. They made me visit the bank again and again atleast 5 times to get this done. What other bank do in 7 days these people took 3 weeks. Somehow there is a lot of customers but only 1 to 2 customer care people.and that they take a lot of time with 1 person.
They don't respond to calls or emails promptly. Their call banking service is a disaster. I have been living in Dubai for 14 yrs but this is the worst bank experience ever. Would never recommend this bank to anyone. And when I look at reviews, I find that there is a lot of negative reviews but I guess they care less .
The only person who cared atleast little bit was the lady bank manager. Other people don't respect others valuable time

Late Deduction after system upgrading
July 19 when am trying to reach your call center, spending money to buy a load and to call, waiting for 1 hour to be on hold to speak to your agent but useless no one attended, I went personally to a bank to file a complaint but as per them only thru call center, why I went to bank for them to assist a complain not to bounce back to call center, am -2249 in my account, your deducting this amount after your system upgraded? Giving me a long list of statement of account to check? despite of getting sms in every transaction/purchase all I know my money is updated, what is the use of your sms? This is a big money that your taking from your clients. Still hoping for your quick action to resolve this issue.
DIB customer is a nightmare
DIB customer is a nightmare! The phone banking specially. Wasting our time as they will put you on hold for too long and you're line suddenly cut off after a long waiting.
They have problem with thier system and they keep deducting amount from my debit account though i paid full of my credit card. I visited thier office branch in IBN waited too long in the queue and at the end, they will just tell you to call the call centre. Nightmare nightmare!!!! And until now it's not solved yet. It's been a month since the system upgrade !!!!
