The worst customer service possible!!! NOt possible to get in touch with them when you want to make a return.

Don't answer for 4 months or more.

DON'T ORDER HERE IT IS THE WORST!!!!!

Stay Away! If you like polyester - then that's what you'll get. No cotton, no wool nor linen threads in their fabrics. The jacket I ordered was missing a buttonhole! Cheaply made - no lining at all. The size small looked like a medium.

Don't waste money on this shop!! I received my dress and it was completely different from what was advertised - quality-wise and visualy-wise. I also paid for express shipping and it did not arrive on time.

Kiss goodbye to your money if you order with this company. I never received my dress. Not helpful in any way and they were completely dishonest in dealings with them. Asked for a refund multiple times and they never responded. WORST online shopping experience I have ever had and I love shopping.

No one ever responded for request to return after 3-4 different outreach methods.

Dishonest advertising. Says designed and made in Canada. My jacket was sent straight from China

Stay far away from this place! Far, far away. I ordered a dress on August 24, and today is October 23, and it has still not been shipped. I have emailed them on 9/13, 9/16, 9/17, 9/19, 9/22, 9/30, and 10/7, and you would think I would have gotten somewhere by now. NOPE. I finally had to reach out to my bank, Chime, on October 22, and lo and behold, miraculously, I got a refund from them on ShopPay. Stay away from this company. Report them if you have had a similar experience.

Will never buy from here again. This place is basically a scam. I’m not one to write a bad review even I didn’t 100% like what I got, so this goes to show how bad my experience was. I bought a dress and the quality was laughable and the fit was nothing like the photos. Customer service was a joke as well, responded well after a week when I asked for a return/refund. They said sure and never heard anything again. Many attempts to get in touch again have gone unanswered that was almost 2 months ago and still nothing. Save your time and money.

Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money on this brand. I ordered their so-called Sara Linen Midi Dress and the quality is laughable, it looks like something a child stitched together. The dress looks nothing like the photos or videos they advertise. I emailed them the same day it arrived asking for a return, and of course, they completely ignored me. No response, no customer service, nothing. Keep your money in your pocket because these dresses are a scam. And just so you know, some of the photos on their site aren’t even real, they’re generated by ChatGPT.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. What they show and advertise is NOTHING what is delivered upon purchase. Material, quality, style is straight GARBAGE. I wouldnt even donate these clothes because someone should never be forced to wear anything as terrible as what this company offers. I reached out MULTIPLE times for a refund and got ignored for every one of my emails but as soon as I submitted a dispute on my credit card they rushed to send an email.

Don’t waste your time, money, or frustration on this AWFUL company. You can’t even write them a Google review, that is how illegitimate this business is.

Warning…Do not purchase from Dianara.
I would give them zero stars if I could. Received a dress that had oil stains on the front and was unlined (unlike the website description). They show a 30 day return policy online, but they will not honor it. They only offer a partial refund and you keep the item. Why would I want to keep a defective item? Sent them pictures three different times, with no resolution. Ended up having to dispute it with my credit card and they lied on their documentation saying I never responded to their emails. Which is funny, considering I have full documentation otherwise.They are a complete scam!

I bought two of the dresses in different colors and while I like them, the green dress came with some flaws in the dying process that make it look grease stained.

I have written to ask for an exchange of my green dress twice now with no acknowledgement of receipt of my letters at all.

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service

I feel so disappointed and scammed by Dianara Fashion. I ordered the Sara Linen Midi Dress in XXS and the fit was way too big on the waist/stomach area and the fit was so weird, the dress was poorly made fabric was itchy. I emailed them that I wanted to return it, it took 2 days for them to reply and told me that ‘due to unexpected challenges in their company, they can’t do a refund’. I couldn’t believe what I was reading, I basically told them that I wanted my money back and I have never heard from them anymore. That was on the 10 of July. I’d like to add screenshots of their email/response here because this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional of Dianara to do to their customer.

This dress is darling. I usually land between a 4 and 6. I ordered a small, it’s tight, but it works. I’m 5’8”, 145, with an athletic build. It will be wonderful for the evening garden party I’m attending prior to a wedding.

This dress is definitely not delivered as advertised. It is a cotton blend, no lining, see through, not hemmed, grossly out of porportion and definitely does not have a constructed bodice. Super cheap. I wish I'd seen all the other reviews with bad experience before I ordered. Slow to respond to my email and from the other reviews I am not expecting much assistance to refund.

Sent an unlined heap of a wrinkled dress with no tags. Zero!! It’s too big and I can’t even check to see if it’s the right size I ordered. Advertising says fully lined, non wrinkly. Their customer service phone number is fake. Stay away!!

Product that was out of stock and "still being manufactured" was available to order on site. It's been a month with 0 tracking updates. This product should NOT have been available on the site. This is ridiculous. Customer service emails are dodging me, and the phone number on the site is out of service.

This is a follow up of my previous review. I received a “SHEIN” version of the Sara linen dress. I requested a refund. I was given a choice of a 30% refund (keep the dress) or a store credit for full price and return the dress. Now why would I want to buy anything else from this sham company. BTW, still no refund.
