Dishonest people..all lies and excuses

Dishonest people..all lies and excuses.. plenty of suppliers out there who treat customers better.

Stole goods and funds from me when claiming on thier warranty and just made up lie after lie

So unbelievably unprofessional. Once they have your money they do not care at all.. all that matters to them is taking payments in.

Looking at reviews online about the diamond store it appears they make a habit of messing people around and the customer service is deplorable

Ordered a ring on the 20th August for…

Ordered a ring on the 20th August for my 30th anniversary surprise for the wife which turned out to be the wrong ring, to date has still not been sorted aftercare service was absolutely disgraceful, spoke to four different people who did not have a clue what was happening the last person was supposed to be the manager, I certainly would not recommend the company to to anyone who is planning on buying a ring.

I've been looking for a blue topaz ring…

I've been looking for a blue topaz ring for a while and found exactly what I was looking for at the Diamond Store. I'm always hesitant to make a large purchase online without first seeing it and trying it on but it was a great experience. The ring was delivered quickly and I am delighted with it and can highly recommend the Diamond Store.

Unfortunately bad quality and repeated…

Unfortunately bad quality and repeated going back to customer service for help. They refuse to refund the defect.
I’m unsure how this company stays in business when jewellery sent back multiple times isn’t refunded.
The sending back costs so much, they don’t even pay for a return.

Dishonest Company

I would avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a necklace for my wife in November with a week delivery quote. Perfect timing for Christmas. At the start of December they emailed to say they had run out of stock and it would be delivered mid January. I checked their website and they were still advertising delivery of this item BEFORE Christmas! This is at best misleading but I think dishonest. I'm still waiting for a refund.

Such an exquisite piece of jewellery

Such an exquisite piece of jewellery, prefect amount of bling without under or overstating. The price is perfect, the product is 100% quality and the customer service I received was impeccable. I will definitely be a customer for life, could not ask for more. Buying online can be tricky and I was a bit apprehensive at first but TRUST me, buy the ring/necklace/earrings, you will not regret it! I am literally obsessed with this ring right now, so happy! Thank you to the entire team.

The diamonds on the picture looked much…

The diamonds on the picture looked much better than in reality... It was a gift, so I have no one to blame but I wouldn't have purchased the ring if I saw it irl first.

Also, I got my ring more than a month after the purchase so they refused to take it back, unfortunately.

Awful. Do not be tempted to use.Avoid at all costs

My husband bought me a beautiful diamond bracelet from the diamond store for Christmas 2015. He was organised and bought it a few weeks before, gave it to me on Xmas day. I noticed straight away that the clasp was faulty and it couldn't be shut. So I could not wear it. We emailed the company on the day and they were closed for almost a week.
When they returned in the new year were told it would be 'repaired' so we sent it off immediately. They had it for a considerable length of time and sent it back to us just as the 28 day 'returns' period was up.

The repaired bracelet fell off my wrist the first time I ever wore it. We contacted them and explained as it is the 2nd time something has happened we would like our £235 back, as the bracelet is unfit for purpose, and we were not happy with the goods. They said no as it was out of the returns period. The reason it was out of the returns period was because of their extended Xmas break and the length of time they were 'repairing' it. After returning it once again they said they would 'repair' it for us again or allow us to exchange for something else. T the 'customer advisor' advised me to get a more robust bracelet and implied it was too nice a bracelet for me to wear and to exchange for something more hard wearing as I had 'pulled it off.'

As a last resort we offered a comprimise for an exchange for a necklace costing half of the price and a refund for the remaining £96 but we were even refused this.

We are not happy with this situation and are getting legal advise. I'm sure the company do not give a stuff as they are experienced in dealing with disappointed customers and are rude people. I simply do not know how GI the owner or any of his employees can sleep at night. Awful company taking genuine people's hard earned money, with obvious pride.

Ordered a diamond ring earlier this year, excellent item at good competitive price. Communication from company was superb from moment of order letting me know on teh progress of order.
