Did not do the job and no customer care
I am in MA, this dog groomer is in Acushnet MA. They are just listed as Diamond in the Ruff. I rescued this older dog, and brought him here, at that time they did a very good job. I brought him again and this is what I got: the grooming was done in just over half an hour, they told me the dog was matted, when I know he was not, the dog has curly hair. Because they said he was matted, they shaved him. I picked up the dog and he was stinky. This dog did not smell like anything good. It was obvious to me that the dog wasn't washed, maybe they just passed one of those "dry shampoos" but the dog was stinky, Then he had a skin cut, which they didn't notice, and did not put any antibiotic. The icing on the cake was that they DID NOT cut his nails! And charged me over 125 dollars! I called several times to talk to the owner and have them take care of the wash and ask what they were going to do to to fix this situation and they just gave me the run-around. They said the owner was going to contact me but the owner never contacted me. So much for customer service. NOT WORTH THE MONEY or trusting your pet to them.
