Witnessed an incident caused by…

Witnessed an incident caused by appalling driving of a Diamond bus in Oak park road, Stourbridge, a neighbour was reversing on her drive, as a bus came flying up the road , it was going so fast that he almost hit her car , he then had the audacity to blow the horn at her , clearly he doesn't know his Highway code!!!, it happend right by the entrance to a PRIMARY SCHOOL, slow down all you drivers , it should be a 20mph zone , but as it is a residential road the should not be speeding anyway , good job the buses are always empty, because you would not want to be a passenger!!!

Most unreliable bus company ever

Most unreliable bus company ever. Very rude drivers. Put in a complaint against a driver previously and saw him the next day and he refused to let me board because of the complaint fares have gone up and services have decreased.

If you rely on diamond buses, you become unreliable.

I would say they're cowboys but cowboys were known for for being mobile. Pretty much every time I need to get a diamond bus it's either late, or simply missing from the route. Last week when I got the 96 the bus was half hr late due to it breaking down, then when I was on the bus that arrived I saw another 96 broken down on the other side of the road, then the bus I was on broke down too, meaning I had to wait for a third bus which made me almost an hr and a half late. Customer service informed me that buses often break down due to hot weather, but that day it was 18C. Customer service also informed me that the engineers are working constantly to fix the issues with the buses but because there's so many issues with the buses when one thing is fixed another issue arises. Which seems strange to me because mist of the buses don't seem very old.
If you rely on diamond buses you will become unreliable.

If I could put zero stars I would

If I could put zero stars I would.

Was waiting for the 6:53 am bus today from agecroft road (swinton, Salford) specifically as it gave me 20 minutes to go back to my flat and get ready for work. No show at all, I asked the other bus driver and he said you didn’t get there on time, even though I got there 4 minutes before the time on the board. Left me in a rush for work and just a complete disregard for any of the public’s time and how valuable it can be.

Most unprofessional bus company

21 June 2023, waiting for the 6:30am bus and at Staines bus station and the bus was just parked nearby but the bus did not move until 6:49am and proceed to go past the bus stop and just went away without any explanation and all passenger had no choice but to wait for the 7am bus. This bus company completely has no respect for people's time.

Why can't the bus ever turn up on time…

Why can't the bus ever turn up on time always late, seems to be different drivers all the time, it's like you can't keep your drivers happy so why should they turn up on time, Ben, Steve and Jamie seem to be the only drivers who actually care about wot they are doing, please sort out your route as it is getting worse on a weekly basis

Diamond have taken over the Stockport…

Diamond have taken over the Stockport Altrincham route which has always been a Cinderella route under stagecoach, with many buses missing. Diamond are much more reliable and the services generally operate as advertised. The only downside are the terrible boneshakers used on this route. I really don't remember riding anything more noisy rattly and uncomfortable since the dreaded 172 run by mayne.
At least you will get there on time, possibly not in one piece

Terrible bus service

Terrible bus service, I live in the burton area in henhurst ridge, repeatedly the buses don't turn up and when they do they won't give a second thought about leaving people at the bus stop and just driving straight past them. Think they have power cos they drive a bus. Has to be the worst bus service I have EVER came across

Aggressive driver 11:44 03/06/2023, Amblecote high street West Midlands. Cut in front of me whilst he was having an argument with another driver. Aggressive and abusive when spoken too reported incident Saturday 03/06/2023 rang customer service today not interested what if this driver had killed someone???

What an absolute shambles of a company

What an absolute shambles of a company! Surely the primary aim of a public bus service is for the bus to actually stop when there are passengers waiting. Four passengers waiting for a bus, driversl makes eye contact then drives straight by. How do they suggest people get to work when they're reliant on public transport if their drivers don't bother stopping! Brings me to another issue, my daughter paid for a day ticket, on the bus, and later when she checked her bank account they'd removed £50 from her account. They basically charged her for a month's ticket, but issued her the day ticket that she'd requested. Still not got that resolved because they are utterly incompetent. If I could give 0 stars I would.

absolute joke of a company

absolute joke of a company, sent a complaint in and still awaiting a response 2 weeks after sending it in. so much for responding within 48hrs. joke of a company, buses are always late. no wonder the lost the contract to the northwest. joke of a company

Diamond Buses are CRAP

As usual awful. Drivers turn up when they like if at all.
Changed bus routes, even worse than before.
What a terrible company.
Do not care at all for passengers.

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely dreadful service! The buses are never on time I can leave school at 3pm and not arrive home until 5pm and this is in the same town of Stourport it’s not like I’m travelling from Stourport to Worcester! The drivers on the number 3 are usually ok but the Worcester bus female driver is a really rude nasty person. She embarrassed me and coursed me great anxiety, I suffer with ASD she wouldn’t drive the bus as the app wouldn’t load as everyone knows there’s no signal/4G in York street it’s bad and will load around the corner. Other drivers will let you scan the app once the 4G comes back as they know how the signal is. Apparently an email with a vailed ticket isn’t proof of a vailed ticket neither is a screenshot? I pay £9.25 per day to get my children to school which is disgusting! The app is a nightmare I now use paper tickets due to that reason. I’m fed up of the service but unfortunately I have no choice but use the buses. A lot of the time the drivers will just drive past u as they are late and despite u waiting for 40/50 mins you have to wait again until one can be bothered to pick you up. It’s disgusting!! I’ve been on the bus a few times and felt bad for people waiting at the bus stop as the driver refuses to stop for them and pick them up and their excuse I’m late, well yes like always! I got off the bus today and was told to tell the lady waiting she needed to wait for the next bus that’s not on. I thought diamond was just bad in Stourport and Birmingham but come on Diamond this is everywhere people are having a bad experience. If you’re interested in making you’re service better than put more buses on why is it you only have 2/3 buses running on a service that’s meant to be every 20 mins and 1 bus on other services, you need more buses on very simple then you’re buses would run on time! You might think you can do what you want but eventually councils will get fed up and stop giving you contracts.
