I recently had the privilege of selling a diamond that I had inherited from my late brother. I was a bit skeptical, being this was my first diamond sell. Mia was extremely welcoming and made the process very easy and comfortable. I was able to share the story of my late brother and how I came in possession of such a great gift. She was warm and welcoming and offered her condolences. She made the atmosphere feel less business like and more personalized.
