Excellent 5* Wedding Package
Wedding package was excellent and great value.Diamond's Chauffers were very responsive and helpful, making the booking process easy. On the day, our driver was exceptional. He arrived early with a freshly cleaned car, decorated with white bows and ribbon. He had no issues with what I thought were some very tricky maneuvering at our pick up location and the church. The wedding package was a great value, having looked extensively at wedding hire cars. We were collected from a getting ready location, taken to the church, and then from the church to our reception venue (many hire companies want to charge you for each leg, Diamond's Chauffeurs was much more reasonable on this!). The car was spotless and comfortable, and stocked with water and chocolates, which was very much appreciated. Our driver was very kind and professional, I'm so happy we chose Diamond's Chauffeurs for our wedding!

The Worst experience I have ever had
The Worst experience I have ever had. We needed a bus for the F1 in Abu Dhabi. We were supposed to start collecting people at 10AM in the morning. 11.30 the driver pulled up at the first place. But the person to be collected was already gone. Mr. Shah promised discounts and was very sorry. But when we needed to be collected the same night at Abu Dhabi we waited again and the driver kept passing us. I called Mr. Shah with a raised voice and told him this was not OK. And I wanted to cancel the next day and have my money returned. Then he started accusing us for being abusive and drunk and we had insulted him and his driver. We never did that. We did not even speak to his driver the whole way home. Now they have stopped communicating with me. And I have lost a load of money that they will not pay back. So Guys. Never use this company. The service is so bad. And they will cheat you.
