The worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Cancelled twice used the same lie both times and then I gave them a 3rd chance and 2 hours later they haven’t turned up…

The carpets came up better than expected. The technician came on time. He was polite and did a thorough job.

My carpets had years of build-up dirt and some tough stains, and the sofa had seen better days thanks to kids and pets-but now everything looks spotless, but it smells fresh too-no chemical odours, just clean.

Moved into a new property and rather than replace the carpets straight away, I decided to get them professionally cleaned. I wish I hadn’t used this company as I’m £115 down and although some marks were lifted, in the whole, the carpets don’t look clean.
Carpets looked clean on the first day whilst they were wet. By the following morning, they looked grubby again.

I decided to use my own carpet spot
cleaner on the landing and stairs a week later. Bearing in mind, we don’t wear shoes in the house. The water was filthy. These people do a superficial clean, using highly fragranced cleaners to make it look like they have thoroughly cleaned the carpets but they haven’t!

I got my sofa cleaned and it looks like a brand new one he really did a nice job

They did an excellent job on cleaning all the carpets in a three bedroomed house ,that had pets from the previous owner.
We would definitely recommend them.

Has my sofa cleaned this morning. I was hesitant about tough black marks on my sofa from the dog however within 30 minutes of cleaning my sofa looked brand new.
