Armand is boss of the company is extremely responsive and so helpful. He is very reliable, punctual and polite. His work is excellent, he has done many jobs for me. His team workers are also excellent. I could not recommend him higher

Dial a builder completed a 2 story extension on my property. This was the first time we’ve had to deal with builders and we were a bit anxious initially given the negativity about finding a trustworthy and reliable builder.
Our fears were put to rest on our first meeting with Armand. From start to finish everything was explained clearly and we negotiated a great price too.
To be honest, Armand was always understanding and quick to change plans/designs and work things out if we weren’t happy to ensure we were satisfied with the final project.

The project was completed ahead of time and up to a high standard. A special mention to Daniel who also went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the workmanship.

I would highly recommend Dial a builder without any doubt whatsoever for whatever building needs you may have.

Dial a Builder Armand and his associates have done a fantastic job on our extension project. They were clean tidy and always punctual and respectful of our property throughout the duration of works to be completed. I would definitely recommend Dial a Builder for any building projects in the future and definitely will use them again for any of my future projects. Throughout the project communication was a key factor including timelines which were always met. Completion finishing touches were well thought out by the team. From start to finish including all lighting decorations, drawing renders and all the fine details discussed prior to final design.

Okay where do I even start, we were looking for builders for ages, and we must of seen maybe 5-6 different companies, when Armand came, he understood everything, he knew exactly what we needed, his teams are so professional, they are really nice people too, always smiling, always happy to assist, Armand gave us a timeline and guess what, he actually finished it on time, and to be quite honest, before the time too! Armand is so professional, so friendly, so easy going, he stuck to our budget, he was more than on time, he was amazing, what more do you want from a builder, he’s easy going, he’s honest, there are just too many great things about this company, they have the expertise, they know what they are doing, honestly call him and don’t bother with anyone else! Also he’s got a big team, he manages the project perfectly and knows when to get the right people in, 10/10 from these guys, if there was an option to rate them higher I would, thank you so much! We were sad to finish our project because they’ve been so amazing, honestly thank you so much Dial a Builder!

I needed to create a level access patio door with a ramp leading into the garden so it can be used for a wheelchair user. I had called several builders previously but found I had to chase them to even give me a quote.

I called Armand from Dial-A-Builder in the morning and he came around the same day to look at what I wanted. He is very approachable and open to ideas as well as giving his own opinions. He sent me a quote a day or so afterwards complete with an architects drawing of the design which was great.

Armand's communication with me has been excellent - he will always reply to messages and call you back if he has missed the call. His team were really good and know what they are doing - making sure I was happy with each stage of the work. Armand was clear with his quote and plan for our extension work. They stuck to their plan and were very efficient, which is hard to find in tradesmen these days.

They took over our extension work from a builder we had to fire. Armand and the team not only finished our extension within 4 weeks, they also rectified mistakes our previous builder had made.

I would highly recommend and I will definitely be using their services again!

The best thing about Arman that he is a man of his words, he will find a way to finish the job within promised date of completion. That does not mean that he will just finish the job he will also not compromise on the quality of the work. All the men who came to work in my house extension were very professional and did quality work.

Dial-a-builder have been fantastic all the way through our project (a medium-sized renovation and extension). From our initial meeting with Armand to discussing ideas before and during the project, to the price. The building work went smoothly, and Armand is always on hand to deal with any snags along the line. The build quality is excellent (we are now 6 months after completion) and have had no issues. We’ve used DialABuilder twice now, the first for an outdoor office and then recently for replacing roofs, rendering and windows. Excellent, professional, keeps to time estimates and does quality work. No hesitation in recommending them!
