I bought a 5$plan and i started using it as per their norms. EOM i was charged an additional amount by my local service provider. No one is responsible for my loss. I lost money in both the ways.

I have been Dial91 customer from past 6 years, I added my credit card for Auto Debt when the balance was below 2$. Every month i see a charge of 10$ towards dial 91 on my credit card statement. Suddenly i noticed 20$ charge on my credit card and went in to my Dial91 Call History to check, I noticed there is below charge

I don't recognize the originating number and i couldn't even find out which country that the call went. I suspected somebody is using my Pin to make calls and tried to notify DIal91 and i contacted Dial91 in Live Chat, and get in touch with this guy Ajay, He was ridiculous, He disconnected me twice with out even listening the issue, Who ever is his supervisor please teach him some manners. I strongly suspect its a inside job of Dial91 who shared my pin with some body else. I found out that the same thing happened with few of my friends. Dial 91 if you guys don't resolve this you will end loosing a lot of customers you already lost one.

To reactivate expired account this company asks for recharge. I use this service to the minimal and still this company ask me to keep recharging account for expired account where the request is simple to reactivate

I really like the service I get with Dial91. I call with them all the time and never have any problems. I stay in touch with my family easily and don't have the slightest complaint. I recommend them all the time. They are one of the my favorite India calling companies!

I love Dial91's calling service. Their calling apps, VoIP calls, and more are all ways I can call my loved ones. Personally I use the phone app and I have never had trouble reaching my extended family. Occasionally I'll do business with my connections in New Delhi and i'm always connected with great support (which i've only used once) and a great service which is all given to me for a comparatively low rate. I'll continue to use the app for my calls and continue to use Dial91's calling service so long as they are around. Kudos Dial91!

You need to fix the call quality and the frequent breaks that occur every 10 seconds. Dial 91 has become one of the worst providers within a matter of months. What is up?

Was using it from canada they change USD so they charge additional amount along with exchange rate and exchange cost which is charged by CC. Again thinking the calling rates were fixed.. But no wiat.. That's not.. They can raise and decrease the rate when they like... And this days they have doubled the rates.. And now apps don't work and as per the rep new app will come on 11th July.. Today being 4th July so for 7 days wait don't use the app. Good bye service provider you lost a customer.

It was a really good method for long distance calls earlier, but now there is always some problem or the other. The customer service care is also pathetic! Definitely regret recharging here

These guys have good service, coming to app dail91 app is no longer use said by AJAY customer service guy and suggested Globaltel app. This new app really bad, response from app will be bad, appearance is more bad. I suggest them to get back to dail91 app.

Dial 91 is the best calling app i had ever seen

I have used even other provider like Vonage and India call limited even they were good but Dial91 due to its feature its best and that too for very less price which is much appreciated.........other plus points are like referral bonus, free minutes for liking facebook, google plus and customer service is very quick and most helpful.............if you haven't tried this anytime then would ask you to try and for sure you willn't go with anyother...even good thing is that we can test with just as less as 2$

I have been using dial91 for years now and I never had any problems with the service. This is the most cost effictive and efficient service.
