Buyer Beware 4

Well I've been reporting for the last 2 weeks regarding this website and yet to date it is still not been resolved I've done everything that I needed to do and I still have not gotten my refund so I would still say buyer beware. Still no response from the company. I get more response from them on this review than actually from them trying to contact me to resolve this issue.

Cheap quality

Cheap quality. Not at all worth the investment. They look beautiful on the website, but it was a total disappointment when I receive the product.

All the reviews I see is the exact way…

All the reviews I see is the exact way I feel. Great marketing, great website but a bunch of fricking crap!! Haven’t got my order which I placed over a month a go. If they “REALLY” live in CO they should be ashamed of their selfs! It has said it was in transit for sometime now they don’t have the correct address?! Please I use PayPal so yes you have the correct address. 😡😡😡😡😡

I bought a dress and a pair of shorts…

I bought a dress and a pair of shorts may 5th, did not get my package till may 19th. The package I got contained a ring and a necklace, I am not sure where the confusion was between a necklace and a dress but there was one. I emailed them numerous times and still have not heard back. Please do not order from this company......waited so long for something that was not even what i ordered...very disappointed.

dont shop here!!!

Bought pants from here but the pants I got are not exactly as it was pictured. And sizing is very very small. I decided to go up a size and there’s no way they’ll fit even my teen daughter. Bought an xl and got something that looks like a small. Very cheap crappy poly cotton material. Don’t waste your money on this site!! Comes from China not USA.

Ugh.

Ugh.. Regarding shipment, I did get my order within a week of ordering, but did have to inquire to get info. I was extremely disappointed with the product. Sooo cheap and poorly made. The fabric is.. I don't know what. Do not waste your money with this company. Disappointed. Unforgivable.

Very poor customer service

I ordered some lovely silver earrings off the website after seeing the on Instagram. When they arrived, I received the gold version. I rechecked my order and indeed it was wrong. Have sent numerous emails to Diadem with no response at all. Very disappointing

Lies and deciet

Order a pair of yoga style lounge pants that looked super cute and comfy and the website. After ordering and realizing even though this place claims to be in Denver, Colorado that my item was shipped from China. Waited forever for the beautiful pants only to get some synthetic, polyester piece of crap sent to me. False advertising, don't buy anything from this place!!!

Excellent marketing

Excellent marketing, packaging....and that's about it.
I order several pairs of earrings and a few necklaces and spent about $100. The pictures looked amazing. The pieces were cheaper than the cheapest crap you could possibly imagine. Shameful.
Why not sell decent quality products? You seem to have the rest of the company down packed.
So yeah....avoid avoid

Terrible quality. Nothing like photos.

Ordered the lounge grey floral pants and oh my goodness they are so ugly. The material is very thin synthetic crap, and the color is actually light blue, not grey. They look nothing like pictured.

Haven't bothered with the return yet and now that I'm reading reviews, I'm not sure if it's even worth my time!

UPDATE: went ahead and attempted to return the pants 😂.... shipped them to the address listed on their site (a PO box in Denver, Colorado). Got a call from a woman in Denver CO about 4 days later asking why she received these pants. Double, triple, & quadruple checked that the return address I used matched the address on their site, and indeed it did..... What a joke!

Terrible Social Media Customer Service

Ordered the lounge pants that are supposed to be made with cotton. Ordered according to my measurements, and when the pants arrived, not only did they not fit properly, but they are definitely a synthetic polyester fabric. I left a comment (which was negative but polite) on their facebook page and was blocked from commenting on further posts. Don't order from these guys!

Edit: Sorry Diadem, but unless you unblock me from your facebook page and give your customers the opportunity to accurately evaluate and review your products on your facebook page, I will not accept some generic response in lieu of any actual change to the way you do customer service.

Delivered dress NOTHING like photo

Besides the long wait that everyone else has metioned, you get to wait 4 weeks for a completly different dress than what you ordered! I ordered a deep rustic sand flowy beautiful dress...I got a peach potatoe sack instead. Half the material is missing...its a very light see-through fabric that doesn't remotely move or flow. I left a comment on the fb site and was blocked.
After all this awful reviews do you know feel bad knowing that you are completly ripping people off?? I took the chance..dress was $35 so not like I paid $4 expecting a great dress. This is a $10 blah cover up piece at best.

I should have looked at the reviews…

I should have looked at the reviews BEFORE ordering anything...........clothes is poorly made, threads left on the merchandise, NO TAGS to tell me if its a medium, large, small, extra small, etc. and the SAD part, why am I even going to return the items I purchased? For credit? Why would I want ANYTHING else from Diadem? PLEASE DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM. What a joke!!

THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED....Thank you Diadem

BUYER BEWARE...I received a purse for Christmas from my husband (Purchased by me) and it arrive with a small piece missing. I fixed easily and used purse immediately. It is beautiful, but started ripping apart (Lining & Exterior handle) with in 10 days. I have sent emails requesting an exchange, but NO RESPONSE. I would like to think I have received a defective item, which is why I haven't asked for a refund. But I am upset to find out that the company is sending items from China out. I looked into them and chose them because they were USA based. I am very bothered with the lack of response and the deceit of being USA based. I would not choose to shop with this company again.....BUYER BEWARE!!!!

UPDATE....Response to Diadem response: I have received an email I am unable to respond to because its auto generated. The email sent me back to the same place I have already sent 3 emails from. No help at all! This company has not made any attempt to right the situation!

UPDATE#2....Checked my junk mail and still no email with any help on how to exchange the purse. I no longer believe you have good intentions. I would like to resolve this issue, but you have all the ways needed to contact me and I have none. I understand that you purchase from China to save the consumer money, but you do not stand behind the products you sell. I saved no money dealing with your company since the product was defective and now I have no way to return or exchange.....Absolutely terrible customer service.

Feeling very unsure about this company

I placed an order on December 30, 2017 and got an email on January 4, 2018 stating that my package was in transit. However, tracking info has stalled since January 7, 2018 and there have been no updates since then. I sent an email to their support email and received a "auto generated NO REPLY" response basically telling me to visit their webpage to look at their FAQ's for an answer to my question. Umm, no thanks! I'm giving it 1 more week to update the tracking and then I'm contacting my bank also for fraud. This is ridiculous! A company should not exist if you can't even call to speak to anyone about your order!

Horrible company.

Horrible company.
First they present their company as one in the U.S. and show Denver as their base of operations. Once I purchased my item I contacted this company and let them know they are misleading. I got a very shifty response but let it go.
Weeks later I receive the item and it subsequently broke the next day, first wear.
This place is a Chinese company who lies and sells cheap merchandise. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I made my order December 16th and still have not received my purchases. I have contacted them several times and although they claim they have given me a tracking number, the tracking number information stops on Dec. 23 and says it’s still in China. I too, was upset to see that the merchandise comes from China. I have tried to get a refund but they have stalled with their communication. They send out vague emails with no information on where your purchases are, when they are coming, and fake apologizes. I have asked for a refund and they completely ignore my request. I have also asked to speak to someone directly to no avail. At this point, I am giving them one more week, then I will contact my credit card for fraud. It’s disgusting how terrible this company is.

UPDATE: Hours after this review, my purchases amazingly received a legitimate tracking number and were delivered 2 days later. (exactly 4 weeks to the day of purchase.) The necklaces are cheaply made and not at all worth the price I paid for them. One of the necklaces I purchased is defective, is NOT 18K gold plated which it claims, and does not hang the way it does in its picture. This website is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Would purchase again

I was very hesistant after reading reviews when purchasing because people said it took too long, the merchandise doesn’t look the same as displayed, it’s cheap, etc. Well my order arrived less than 3 weeks and everything looks EXACTLY like it is presented on the website. Yes everything is from China and that sucks but almost everything is from China. Also you get what you pay for. It is cute and affordable. I am very pleased with my order and would purchase again in the future. The improvements I would recommend is delivery time but that’s not in control with where the merchandise is coming from. Stating is more clear would be helpful because I didn’t originally see it and ordered something for our vacation that didnt come in enough time.

This stuff is made in China

This stuff is made in China! Something you don't find out until you track your order that takes 4 weeks to arrive (if you're lucky!). "You will look so boho" in your China made goods.
