90% of DHL/Bpost & DHL/HEMA parcels violated in Brussels

90% of DHL/Bpost parcels violated, completely opened and re-taped. DHL's label half unglued.
And 85% of small DHL shipments with a hole made for an endoscopic camera insertion.

Parcel marked as delivered, even if I did not sign anything. DHL says delivery is against a signature. Bpost/DHL are liars.

I am an EU citizen buying new items inside the EU, that has the right to be respected and receive an inviolate parcel with untouched items.
DHL/Bpost not only violate my shipments, but also violate the GDPR of the EU, by probably letting their employees collect my personal private data about my purchases. Sellers/senders are too small and weak to make this oligarchy of transporters respect the final customer and EU's General Data Protection Regulation for their own customers.

DHL/Bpost should be ashamed of treating the parcel receiver with so little respect in Brussels.

DHL should be ashamed to pay and allow their dishonest employees or subcontractors to put DHL tape on violated Hema parcels delivered in the Hema shop from Jette Belgium. Dishonest people having DHL tape and then making holes on parcels, equipped with endoscopic cameras after my complaints to Hema.

Oligarchy of transporters not even with a quality service, but distributing dividends, buying huge amounts of their own shares to satisfy shareholders and inflate the stock options of the bosses. And sending the profit of the multinationals to daughter companies in fiscal paradises, for very low taxation.

They "lost" my package

They "lost" my package, they didn't reply for my complaints and every asking about it on a FB, results in a removed comment and ban.

Im waiting 10 months for a package which I sent from me to myself. 1 meter long and with 14 kg of weight.

Summary: DHL is a Thief. Never ever send anything with a DHL.

No delivery and very poor customer service

Ordered from a webshop in Germany May 2nd and received confirmation with tracking id. Parcel passed customs in Norway May 7th, and was sent for delivery. Tracking shows that this happened several times. It turns out that DHL spesified address of the webshop as both sender and recipient when parcel was passed on to the postal service in Norway. DHL refused to correct this on my request despite the fact that the tracking proved that they had received my address from the sender. Now one month later, I am still waiting for the parcel and have sent a request to the webshop and requested their assistance.

DHL Fails to Deliver, and Poor Customer Service

My parcel has now been sitting in Frankfurt for A WEEK (YES A WHOLE SEVEN DAYS!) without moving.
Paid for DHL delivery, but while DHL say they are going to send to Cyprus (but they don't say when), they are then going to hand over to Cyprus Post to deliver.
I paid for DHL to deliver, not subcontract - I have now heard reports of DHL using Deutschepost instead of doing the work themselves.
Seems DHL Parcel are only interested in taking money - not providing a service, or even doing what they have been contracted to do.
No facility in the tracking info to contact DHL.
I now have a much lower opinion of DHL, and shall be researching alternatives and warning everyone that I talk to not to use DHL parcel as they will be disappointed and let down.
UPDATE - NOW DAY EIGHT SITTING UNMOVED IN FRANKFURT - I PAID FOR DELIVERY, NOT STORAGE!!

UPDATE - GUESS WHAT? - DAY TEN AND STILL GOING NOWHERE - STILL IN FRANKFURT!
Update - Day Eleven - Still NO Movement - What Type of Delivery Company Takes Parcels and Then Does NOTHING? - Seems Like An Offence Under The Trade Description Act!
Update - parcel finally delivered to Cyprus on day 12 - thereafter Cyprus post delivered quickly from Larnaka to my local post office where I picked it up today. To add insult to injury DHL stopped updating their tracking and I had to track via Cyprus Post tracking.
Summary DHL Parcel worse than useless - leaving parcel unmoved in Frankfurt for 11 days and having no mechanism for recipients to contact them to ask why they are storing parcel, rather than moving it as they'd been paid / contracted to do.
Once parcel handed to Cyprus Post, they worked fine - no delays, parcel delivered to local post office as per tracking updated daily.
Conclusion - avoid DHL Parcel unless you enjoy disappointment and frustration.
