Was waiting home for a 2 man home…
Was waiting home for a 2 man home delivery and found a postcard in the letterbox stating that I had missed a delivery. The card gives you 2 numbers to call where both numbers are impossible to get through to anyone as it goes through to voicemail. No tracking number provided and impossible to reach anyone to re schedule delivery. Left a voicemail and still yet to hear back.

They always try to get you to try and meet them in "town".
I've just paid €23 for delivery and "town" is a 14 mile round trip.

Paid extra to use DHL, ended up being abused by their estimate of shipping charges
Unbelievable, i bought a led light from China worth 29 euro and paid 15 euro extra to have dhl deliver it (rather than free shipping) and when the sender forgot to include shipping costs (which were 15 euro), DHL decided to slap an estimate of 92 euro shipping costs bringing my total (in their minds) to 120 euros so they charged me 43euro customs... They offered me no refund after i paid their customs... Scum bag behaviour, i offered to send them proof that my shipping was 15 euro but they said don't bother.
Will avoid using them if possible anyhow
