I paid 50% in advance. I gave tham a month to deliver. They did not reply for days. Finally the truck came with the furniture, but they wanted me to pay the other 50% before installation. Given the poor after sales service I told them to install first and then I would pay. They refuse and left. I didn't want to continue this nonsense and I accepted their conditions, but again they did not deliver and they did not answer my messages. After 4 days they say that they will deliver if I pay beforehand. I told them will never do that given the lack of reliability and thay I will pay them in cash when I see that they came, trying to find a middle ground. They refused. It is already 2 months without a solution.
