Phone Loops: No Respect For Client Time
DHC owns a few brands, including ECG-On-Demand. They post silly recorded messages that waste our time; offer phone options that take us back to the original message and keep blasting out 'We are a non-tolerance organisation' etc. They insist on receiving respect - but where is ours? If they don't want to offer any phone service, don't lie. State email only. Don't waste our time.
