Ordered two pairs of sunglasses
Ordered two pairs of sunglasses, both arrived faulty when trying to return for a refund have to pay £17.49 to send them back and they won’t even refund the original delivery cost of £6.99!
So overall £25 out of pocket! Do not use this company, horrendous service.

I bought for the second time,the same item but in a diferent colour.In the first purchase i bought 2 glasses for the price of One.The second purchase was the same but i receive ONLY One pair.The process of purchase was the same.I was very glad with everything but now Im very disapontened with of this all and i dont pretend to buy with you again.

Disappointment in the delivery
The delivery was terrible i waited 4 weeks in which the first tree weeks i had no notifications about where my box was. When it arrived in greece it did not came to my house and i had no notifications for its location. I would suggest more information about where it is.

I can't understand the negative reviews. I discovered the brand in April 2026, and I trusted them by ordering two pairs of glasses on April 7th for delivery on April 15th. I ordered four more pairs of glasses on May 7th, 2026, for delivery today, May 13th! Excellent quality products at unbeatable prices, with real-time delivery tracking right up to the end—what more could you ask for?
Thank you to the team ❤️; with your passionate and dedicated work, the brand will go very far. I fell in love with your products so much that in just one month I was able to get six pairs of glasses, and this won't be the last. I'll have around fifty before the end of the year 😂

Return policy is garbage
Bought a pair of glasses, which seemed like cheap garbage. Wanted to send it back and asked for a return label, never got an answer until like a month later. When they finally answered, they said I cant return the item because I was out of the return window.. Because their support team didnt answer me for two weeks. Shit company.
