Wrong product info BUT Good customer service

*Updated (11-18-2022): I received a full refund. The way their customer service rep has been dealing with me makes me think maybe they are honest and sincere company that just requires bit of tweaking as a new business.

I ordered their "TX GHOST RANGER SHORT".
I saw the pictures on the product page and thought I was getting what was shown on the photos, as one would normally assume.
However, I did not. They need to update their product photos. The logo is no longer visible on the right side, now there's a tiny little thing pressed on the left side.
If I knew what they look like, I never would've ordered from them. I was provided with wrong information about the product I was paying for.
