Excellent support from Dextra from start to finish on a lengthy case.

Very dissatisfied with the service provided. Long waiting times and oftentimes lacking quality of advice (note: I am a lawyer myself so I can judge… ;) Dextra will usually provide a very superficial analysis leading to the conclusion that the client should not push any further. After I initiated legal action against Dextra to force them to act in a case where they denied me any help, Dextra cancelled the contract. What a great attitude! Stay away, there are plenty of other choices.
