very poor communication with the customer

Ordered sweatshirt on 11/25/2024 and payed by creditcard right away. Until this very day (01/20/2025) I don't have a clue what is with my order and/or my money.

No info about order at all. Tried to reach them out twice or tree times, no response. Such a dissapointment.

OK, after 3 months (02/10/2025) I got message from them that my order is pending somewhere in between UK and my country, probably bcs of Brexit and mishandled duties and/or address (I am from EU country). Anyway in 3 months I was not contacted by seller nor any shipping company :(

Great shop

Saw the range of cloths advertised online so decided to visit the shop in totnes. Great little place. The guy serving was friendly and helpful. I bought a T-shirt which is great quality. The ethos of the buisness is fantastic. Would recommend the cloths to anyone. Will be buying more next time I’m in princetown.
