When it works it’s good unfortunately…

When it works it’s good unfortunately there seems to be constant glitches… the current glitch is that nobody can hear me on calls although I can hear them. Customer service suggested re uploading app, I did this but I still have the same problem

I cannot say enough how exceptional…

I cannot say enough how exceptional this company have become. I joined them as a client many years ago from when they were an early startup and been a very satisfied customer to where they are now and they have come a long way!
Of course there have been some tech snags along the way, however I would also like to emphasise that with any great new tech startup there are always difficulties along the journey to achieve perfection.
Success is all about how problems are overcome during that journey and where the company has the ability in excelling in their customer handling.
I must say that Devyce have ticked all of those boxes and Devyce are welcome to refer me as an ambassador of how great their company has become should the need arise! Thank you!

loyalty, and human approach

I’ve been with Devyce since the very beginning — around the COVID years — and my experience has been consistently exceptional.

Nick, in particular, has always gone above and beyond in a way that is rare to find. Over the years, he has shown not only professionalism but genuine care and dedication.

Recently, I had an issue with my phone that wasn’t being resolved, and the situation felt quite frustrating. The moment Nick stepped in, everything changed — he fixed the problem almost instantly and handled it with such ease and efficiency.

What truly sets him apart is his generosity and commitment to his clients. He took care of the situation in a way that genuinely exceeded my expectations, and I felt completely supported throughout.

It is very rare to come across this level of service, loyalty, and human approach in a company. I feel genuinely looked after.

Thank you, Nick — and Devyce — for setting the standard so high.

App Crashed No Support No Comms!!!

Hi I didnt receive emails. I searched my inbox and i emailed so why didnt anyone respond. The payments come out automatically from the business account!!! Please provide a phone number and an email where I can get a response!!! Ihave been emailing Devyce with no response about my app not working anymore as it keeps crashing. This was meant to be a business number and used for 2 factor on apps. No one has responded since February and I dont know what can be done. I will never trust an app like this again!!!!

Good experience overall

The app is quite easy to use. Customer service is engaged and responsive via email. They've been quite exhaustive in explaining what my plans choices were, I find the international plan a bit too expensive compared to other providers but understand this is a platform that operates differently, so I would say £9 a month to maintain my number active from another country is quite fair. Would suggest.

zero support

zero support. account cancelled. number lost. extremely disappointed.

My account just stopped working. I emailed devyce support, they told me to reinstall the app. They should have told me there was an outstanding payment. There was no indication on the app at all that the account was about to expire. Devyce ignored all my further emails, and ironically don't have telephone support.

Retired and living in France, it is important to keep in touch with family in the UK. Devyce is my cost efficient way to do so. Slightly more complex than swapping phone providers in the UK, The team (Paula) efficiently came to my help and set things up.

The porting of my number was seamless

The porting of my number was seamless, it just happened that I noticed an SMS arrived in the Devyce app rather than the Android Messages app. My only complaint was that I couldn't tell anything about the status of my porting request. All's well that ends well, I suppose --- we got activated within 48 hours, as promised.

I’ve had a great experience with Devyce so far. The setup process was quick and straightforward, and everything worked exactly as advertised. The app is intuitive, and having an extra number without needing a second phone has been incredibly convenient.

Unreliable…

I have needed to contact support maybe 4 or 5 times in 6 months. The app doesn’t allow responses to short numbers that are sent from UK banks. It is constantly failing as I get an initial notification but then can’t see it in chats, buttons don’t work etc. I uninstall and download the app regularly - sometimes I can see the latest chat/message but more often I can’t. It’s not reliable and I’m over having to contact support all the time. Though they do respond quickly - but it doesn’t work.

Great product, does what it says on the tin plus good support.

Great product, very simple to set up and I was especially impressed with the communication from the team re porting my number over. I wasnt totally sold on this working but ive tried it today to both make and receive calls and texts and its perfect, pretty much essential for anyone who has business in the UK but spends a lot of time abroad.
