I truly believe that 99.5% of us are fundamentally honest — and Nicci at Devon Eco Boutique clearly believes the same. Yes, things occasionally go wrong (hopefully not often), but it’s how a company responds that really matters.

Nicci accepted my account without hesitation and fast-tracked a replacement with absolutely no hassle. No quibbling, no stress — just genuinely excellent customer support.

On top of that, the products are great quality and very reasonably priced. A win all round. Highly recommended.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful. The shop is full of beautiful eco gifts and bits. There's a great selection of refil options to choose from. We are a lucky town to have such a lovely shop.
