Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience overall. Communication is poor, especially around subscription renewals — reminders only arrive when it’s already too late to take action. Support is rigid and unhelpful, showing little interest in resolving issues or understanding the customer’s situation.
The paid content itself is also not impressive. It can be innovation but it doesn’t offer much value compared to what you can find elsewhere for free.
Customer service and product quality are both far below expectations. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
only plus is the platform conferences, but you don't need a subcription on there platform devm.io.
