So yesterday I was going to order a somewhat affordable dress on there, first it made me write my personal info (address, phone number, name etc) then I had to pick a way to pay, I chose for iDEAL. I payed the full amount for the dress. Then I got redirected back to Devilinspired site again, and it made me fill in my personal info again, and then to complete the order it sent me to PayPal to pay the full amount for the dress AGAIN + the shipping costs. I found this ridiculous. I tried contacting Devilinspired about this problem, but with no reply. All I got were spam emails such as "Hey we can see you haven't completed your order yet, if you need help feel free to contact us". Luckily I received an email from PayPal this morning saying the transaction to Devilinspired was not completed yet, and I should get my money back in a few days. Please avoid buying on there, its a SCAM.

I bought 7 items from this company and 6 of them came. The 7th one they shipped out a different dress. It seems that the original one was out of stock since it’s no longer on their site. I emailed support telling them about my issue and they tried to only give me half a refund for it, and said that if I wanted a full refund I’d have to ship the incorrect dress back and pay for shipping costs myself, and said that they’d pay me back the money for the shipping + the dress afterwards. Since this company seems to be quite known for not actually going through with their refunds, I didn’t trust it and just told them to give me the partial refund instead. Basically if your item is out of stock, which appears to be quite common, you’re most likely not getting your full amount back or no refund at all. Not risking buying from them again.

I ordered a few jackets and when they arrived a belt was missing

I contacted customer service and instead of sending me the belt they will only give me 8 USD as a refund

I am so sad as the jacket now looks incomplete...

I have ordered from Devil Inspired before and the items are slow in arriving. I ordered my daughter's prom dress almost 3 months ago and still has not arrived, Her graduation is 2 weeks away and now I have to get her another prom dress. This company does not give refunds and I will not do business with them ever again. We checked on the status of her delivery and it has not even been shipped! wHAT A SCAM.

Devilinspired is a middle man for cheap taobao costumes and Japanese street fashion knockoffs. Some items are good, some are bad-- you can't tell from the stock images because they might send you complete garbage that looks nothing like the real thing. The real issue is you cannot reach anyone at customer service for returns. They'll ignore you for days even though you, the customer, waited for months for cheap crap to show up! I do not recommend unless you have reviews for specific items and even then it will be a flip of a coin. Order placed Dec 16th, Received April 13th.

I ordered 600$ worth of stuff just to get an email that a few items have been sold out so I asked them for a refund march 3rd and they still didn’t refund me it’s now April 5. I also ordered a set which said it has been delivered but nowhere to be seen in addition I waited 3 months for this package to arrive. Buy from somewhere else they are scammers.

Devilinspired.com specializesin gothic lolita clothing but don't be fooled by the pretty pictures it's an absolute scam! I wish I had checked Trustpilot beforehand but stupidly thought they were legit. To be clear I am used to ordering from China and used to months long wait times. I ordered something in Nov 2022 under the understanding that it would take a while to arrive. Fast forward to Jan this year and I received an email saying the item was preparing. So far so good. Three months later, nothing. I email customer service for an update. Nothing. Silence. They have taken my money and run. I will definitely do everything I can to issue a chargeback and try to get my money back but let this be a lesson to anyone reading this. AVOID!

I recommend it, I'm surprised by the negative opinions, it seems to me that people don't read the description because under each item it is written how long it takes to produce these items, you know if it's pre-order, the wait is longer. The store always responds quickly and always helps. The only thing I don't like is that they often didn't have what I ordered and I had to cancel the order, but each time it was agreed that the money would be given to me in the form of a credit for the store, I'm waiting for the next two orders :)
What's even cool is that you can track what stage your order is at, you can see how many items are ready to ship and how many are still in production :)

I ordered a dress on 11th January, it didn't get here until 17th March. I know things take a long time from China but this is ridiculous. Also, they didn't pay enough postage even though it was nearly $20 to pay for postage for me so it was delayed a further day until I paid an extra £2.50
The dress is ok, it is like the picture, it is also lined, however, it's not as long as it is shown in the photos and the fabrics are very cheap. The dress I bought was velvet, this is that really cheap velvet that feels a bit flammable.
I'm not sure if I would order from here again. I have been waiting to buy some things in my Wish List but I thought I'd see if this one actually got here first, after this experience I don't think I will. It's a shame though, if the delivery wasn't so long I would probably take a chance on the poor fabrics again.

I have been buying from this company 4 times. Always pre-order items so have each time waited for months to get my items but has always known it would take so long time.

I was a bit scared to order from them for the first time because its alwsys scary to buy from a company abroad you never bought from and I had seen som bad rewievs. But i gave it a shot and I am happy I did!

Some months in wait for my first order I reached out to their customer service, asking when it would be shipped. They answerd really fast but couldnt tell exactly when, but in a month. And yes! It did ship within that month.

I LOVE the petticoat with roses that I had orderd. I was so scared it would look cheap and bad but its not! Its SO beautiful and worth the money I spent! After that I had orderd and got a beautiful blue dress, just like the pics and after that I orderd a beautiful dress with little jacket set that took my breath away when I got it!

Right now Im waiting for my last order and Im not scared at all. I will order from them again and again! Ive had no problem at all with this company.

I messaged customer service multiple times and never got a response ever.

Drop ship/scam site. They don't hold stock so when you place an order they place an order with the actual shop that sells the items (and then they sell to you at a hiked up price!). That's why they are slow and don't update you on shipping, because they have not received the items themselves. This is also why items go out of stock after you place an order.

Save your time and money and order directly from the brands themselves and dont waste it on this dodgy middle man.

CAUTION, DO NOT ORDER from this website (Devilinspired.com), the name of this company says it all! Order made weeks ago and I did not receive my order or any reply from costumer service after leaving multiple messages. After reading these reviews, it looks like I have been ripped off like the rest of you and I won’t be getting a refund….I wish I had read these reviews before making this order :(

This appears to be a scam website. I ordered something in December had confirmation of shipping etc. Then suddenly the shipping has been returned to China. I contacted them multiple times only had one response telling me that they had re-sent the item. The item has never arrived. Avoid.

So I ordered two items and received no updates on my order which was concerning. Left several messages and was ignored but eventually was told that my item would be shipped by the end of October. Surprise surprise nothing has been shipped and it’s now January 2023!

Lovely items on the website but not worth buying from, especially as the items are not cheap. Absolutely shocking to lie and claim that customers will receive their orders and then go quiet unless you keep bothering them. If I pay for something then I expect to receive it or get my money back!!

Avoid at all costs and tell anyone who considers buying from here to avoid it too.

Made 3 separate purchases (4 dresses). They have a good selection and quality is good... but don't expect quick service. They are very slow in preparation time and slow in updating shipping info. So slow that many people cancel... and that's when problems start. Check the listed "production delay" (they are not made until ordered!) and if it's a holiday... (Haloween is the worst) order VERY early, because it will probably take even longer. You will probably be happy IF you can be very patient. I bought these for 1 person and she was extremely happy with 3 out of the 4 dresses.

ordered like 5 items, one after another got emails saying they were out of stock. talked to support and replaced them, then got more emails saying they were also out of stock. super frustrating, and im scared i will never be refunded. avoid at all costs.

Ordered and paid over $30 for it to get here on the 18th of September. They haven't begin to even ship it when the day came. No confirmation, no tracking number. Luckily I paid though PayPal and I opened a dispute against them. They emailed me saying they will only refund it if I close the dispute! PayPal warned me to never close the dispute because then you may not have a chance to get your refund since closing the dispute means the problem has been settled. I had to escalate the dispute and only then when PayPal personally reached out to them was I able to get my complete refund back. Do not shop there!

I had been scammed. Bought a dress a JSK and a blouse aswell a headband around last November ( It is October now) And they would give me a plethora of excuses why the items werent shipped yet such as it was a preorder so it was getting fitted. Okay, so I waited. A few months go by and nothing. I contact them again and they tell me they are experiences shipping delays due to covid. I confronted them asking why they didnt update me on this as 6 months had gone by.
Then when I wait and ask again, they claimed to lost my order and reciept to which i had screenshots and proof of transaction.
After several attempts to compromise I had finally asked for my moneyback to which they refused me and convinced me to wait some more. After being so fed up and threatening them with complaints , they finally shipped my order which was great! Until you realize its a fake tracking number and the package has been in transit for over 3 months.
Please save your time and money and buy elsewhere

brought a dress and some make up.

i got a email saying that the dress is not affable in my size, so i ask if they had it in a bigger size then.
they said yes, so i said thats okay then. A week later another email saying the same thing. me asking them if they have a bigger size then they saying yes. not even 2 days later another email. we don't have the dress anymore. i said oh okay can i have a refund then? they said yes .
its been a month now.
make up is here.
not the colour i ask for and not even the right brand.
still no refund.
no contact affable with there help center.

looked on there website today....the dress is back in stock..

my advise don't buy from them if you don't want to go on a full hunt after them.
