Bought from them several times both in-person at festivals and through their website. Customer service is always top notch and they'll go out of their way to accommodate any requests or rectify any issues. Amazing to have a distro like this in the UK stocking basically every cool label at reasonable prices.

I’ve used DDD for a while now. Service has been great every time without fail. Packaging is always good, so no transport issues whatsoever. Communication is faultless.

Best UK distro. Joe is the best in the game. Never had a distro take suggestions of what to stock and then go out of their way to order in obscure titles or bands. Records always arrive safe and sound, occasionally with a freebie. One time I received an incorrect order and they went above and beyond to rectify it. Couldn’t recommend Joe / Devil Dog Distro enough.

DDD are goated, had a 15 year old record in stock I was certain I was never going to find. Absolutely zero hassle or issue getting it. Speedy delivery, great service. Lots of love

I've been buying from DDD for over two years and have had nothing but brilliant experiences every time. Whenever there has been the rarest of issues Joe has been fantastic at sorting.

The negative review is not a reflection of DDD at all, written by a reviewer that does not understand that DDD are an independent distro and not Amazon or HMV and that hand packing and sending orders takes time. Cannot recommend DDD enough.

Really surprised by the 1 star review. Been ordering from Devil Dog for well over a year now and always super helpful, quick delivery, well packaged and the best tunes and rare/limited versions around. For me, would always recommend.
