Bad sales people who seem to want to scam you.
Very poor customer support. I ordered over the phone a pair of quick struts. When they arrived, they did not fit. I called for an exchange and they did not have the part I needed after all. I got a return label and once I shipped it back, I was informed I would be getting a store credit instead of a refund. They do not carry any part I need so the reality is they just kept my cash. I returned within the time frame given me. I would advise against buying from this vendor as they seem like a scam company.

Detroit Axel getting extra money through Amazon…
I made an order through Amazon where Detroit Axel is a third party seller. Unfortunately, I had to return the part. Because the pads did not fit my car.... I returned them promptly. And it took three weeks for Detroit Axel, to return my money!!!! Don't order from them anything!!!Where you may have to get a refund because they charged me A refund fee, which is absolutely ridiculous. Why could they NOT return ALL of my money? I was really p***** off about that. And I DON'T BLAME Amazon. I feel like they are getting over on Amazon As a third party seller!! THEY WILL NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN!!! EVERY STEP IN THE RETURN PROCESS SOUNDED FRAUDULENT. AMAZON NEEDS TO GET RID OF THEM!!

Detroit, making a comeback!
Had some parts delivered but they were the wrong end of the car. Return was easy, even though I was outside of their window they still refunded me the money. Ordered the right parts and they were here in 2 days. The help is excellent and the shipping is fast.

The worst customer service I have ever…
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not buy from this company they are rude and dishonest. Received the wrong parts in my brakes kit and now am 2 phone calls and 10 emails weeks later situation is still not correctly resolved. Unbelievable.

Other than paying for the shipping for warranty parts, it's a good service at great prices. Detroit Axle cost a lot less for good quality parts with good warranties.

QUALITY PARTS
I ordered new rear air shocks and sway bars for my 2017 Chevrolet Tahoe Premier, I was pleasantly surprised at how well built the new shocks were. The quality was off the chart and everything was included to complete the job. They were packaged well for shipping , thanks again for sending out quality parts!

Terrible Customer Service
Update: Per the company's reply, I sent them the Order information and have not yet received any further response from them.
This company provided me with the wrong parts 3 times on the same order. Two of those times were after a 90 minute round trip drive to their location to get the correct ones. After 2 trips and the salesperson insisting they were right the last time, the parts were still wrong and I ended up having to spend another $222 to get and have the correct parts installed and they refunded me only $36. And I had to spend a lot of time interacting with customer service to get that. Will never purchase from them again.

BUYER BEWARE !
BUYER BEWARE !! I Bought some struts for my 2018 GMC Sierra Denali they're magneride strut assemblies that wear out after 10,000 miles, they warrantied a set that now has lasted only 6 months now they tell me the warranty is no good.. I will never order struts from them ever again they are an American company selling cheap parts. Garbage !! At one time they used to be a good reputable company not no more, someone who does not stand behind their product is someone I do not want to do business with. Hopefully I save some of you from getting the shaft like I did..

2011 Toyota Sienna suspension replacement
Ordered in a lot of parts to rebuild a Toyota suspension system and really needed their help base on price and also based on the vehicle has "high" mileage. On paper, their warranty looks amazing. So, hopefully the good word can get around and keep some of the great older vehicles working well. I haven't yet installed the parts. Hoping they work well.

Was sent the wrong part
Was sent the wrong part, didnot fit my vehicle. Contacted detroit axle and explained what was going on and I sent photos of the old part and of the new part. After a short conversation with a service rep the problem was identified and they sent me a shipping lable for fed ex and promised a refund in a timely manner. Thanks for the prompt reaction and superb representatives interaction with the issue. again thanks.
