Why Ship Bob??

Overall the watches aren't poorly designed for the money. A few sharp edges that you wouldn't see in a higher dollar watch. But I've bought bulova and tissot on sale in their price range and the quality isn't even comparable. I do like the watches and wear them occasionally. But I won't buy anymore. Their delivery company of choice isn't any good at all. You get in transit notifications for two weeks then it's being delivered today in the late afternoon, which actually means delivery tomorrow. Overall dissatisfied with the experience. I wouldn't trust ship bob to deliver anything worth over a buck seventy five...

The watch doesn't keep the time

The watch doesn't keep the time, losing 10-30 minutes a day.
Not able to get costumer service! I wrote on September 15th, got a real answer (not automatic) on October 15th after I wrote many times. The link they gave me didn't work. When it finally worked, it says no order with these informations (the ones I got for "costumer service" because I didn't have any client # on the e-mail I received to confirm my order!!!). We order the watch in November 2024, so not even 1 year of using.
The watch is nice looking but poor quality. TRhe service ???? Which service???

Poor to non-existent communication

I ordered the D10 Chrono Solar watch. It arrived promptly, and looks great, and has generally worked fine. However, the lume does not seem to work. The instructions are not clear, and the service site lists a manual that appears to be wrong.

Asking questions gets no response. If I try to return the watch, it says my order number is wrong. It was shipped to 92692.

If I call, the phone number (215) 999-4010 in the order email, it goes to some legal help hotline.

The instructions provided with your watch are correct. The luminous material needs to be exposed to light (ideally natural sunlight or a strong lamp) before it will glow in the dark. If the watch hasn’t had sufficient light exposure, the lume effect will not be visible.

Magnificent Watches

The Detomaso watches are magnificent. Beautifully made, so attractive, nicely priced, and shipped promptly. I now own a D10 and Voltre chrono, and they may not be the last.

Lack of communication

I am editing my review of your company. I will say for me your customer service is very slow to respond to my question. I would have been very happy with just a quick response to say yes we received your order. For me to have to send several emails and give you a bad review at first is horrible. When I receive my watch and everything is fine with it, I will be willing to update my review again.

The DETOMASO watch experience!

I ordered 3 DETOMASO watches now and the look and the comfort on my wrist I leave it on when I sleep and don't even notice. They have a nice feel and are low profile and have a sharp look! The order confirmation with tracking number was really nice to use and it was amazing how accurate it was. Package was exactly on time. Safe packing also. These are now my FAVORITE watches and I have to say that dealing with The DETOMASO watch people made everything very comfortable, was definitely appreciated!

Great watch; poor communication and shipping

Update 9/10: After my original review the company reached out and shipped the watch quickly and it was delivered. And I'm happy with the quality of it! I just wish this company had been more communicative.

Original Review: Unable to reach the company for a watch I purchased two weeks ago. I was supposed to have received it by now and they have provided no status or shipping information. I have reached out twice by email without success.

The watch arrived with the minute hand…

The watch arrived with the minute hand loose and spinning around. I contacted the company and I got no response. Now I have a $200 piece of junk.
