Be very careful when shopping online…

Be very careful when shopping online for destree.com

I purchased a bag of the wrong material by mistake (leather vs. satin).

As I had just placed my online order, I kindly asked to exchange the item, as the price for the two articles was exactly the same.
I was denied the right to exchange the item, and when I returned it, they tried to deny the return had been processed, and ultimately deducted the wrong amount for the title of “shipping cost”.

While their T&Cs advertise a deduction of Eur 10,00, they retained double this amount.

As a result; I won’t ever purchase any Destree item again.
