I ordered a shirt for my son of 11/29/22 which their website showed as available. After multiple times contacting them and asking for a tracer, today on 12/23/22, they tell me it is no longer available.

I live in Canada and took a trip to Kittery Maine this past summer. I found the DXL to have a much better selection than my town would have with any store. I bought a number of items but was told if I wanted more, I could shop online and the items can be shipped.
I placed an order that took close to a month to arrive and when I received the package, there was an issue with sizing. I loved the shorts I bought in the summer but they are so big they are falling off of me all the time. I wanted a few more pair for a cruise I am going on in 3 weeks. They arrived yesterday and when I tried to put them on, they were so small I could not put them on. The tag indicated it was a 5X and the first pair I bought earlier were 6. The 6x looks loose and sloppy and the 5's don't fit. There has to be an error .... never have I seen such a discrepancy in sizing. Now I have to request a refund, return the shorts (2 pair) and try to find others in the next 2.5 weeks. I also paid additional duty at the Canadian border which I am pretty confident I won't get back. All in all, a very disappointing experience

I ordered my clothes for my honeymoon and needed to leave 3 days after so I paid $30 for 2-day shipping. On the second day, the clothes weren't here. I emailed the company and Craig waived the $30 delivery fee from my order. Their customer service is great! Everyone makes mistakes. They were delivered on the third day, which was inconvenient, but I am so happy with the way the situation was handled.
Paid extra to rush order an item and it didn't deliver. I have had some pretty awful experiences with the DXL warehouse recently. But because there is nothing close by that sells big enough, I don't have much of a choice. Had an unexpected deadline for an event, so I paid out the 30 dollars for 2 day shipping 3 business days before the event. It still isn't here. . . . . Left me embarrassed for the event. If you can't deliver on the promised date then don't offer the option.

The VAT rate your charging on top of shipping to the UK is close to 36% when the official VAT rate is 20%, that's an outstanding business prevention plan. With business practices like that, it's no wonder you had to close down your DXL shop in London.

My son is a frequent flyer at DXL. Two weeks ago he bought a three-quarter zip. He wore it three times and then I said hand it over time to wash it. I washed it in cold water hand wash cycle. As I was laying it out to dry I noticed it had pilled a lot. Now this was a $96 purchase.My husband Made the trip to return the item. He had all of the tickets and the original receipt. Imagine my surprise when he calls and says no cash refund only store credit. No not for nothing the gift card is totally OK,had they given him a choice! they said this is our policy my husband told them a couple of times we had to make a return it was presented the same way this was in cash was given back!So please just explain why it was such a hassle this time?JAKE

It's ridiculous how bad the quality of their clothes is! Their shirts somehow always end up getting holes in them in less than a month! Same with their cargo shorts and boxer breifs as well! And it's not like I'm just spending 10 bucks on each item, each item is well over $30! So I end up spending over $150 when I go! Either fix the quality or lower the prices!

I stay buying the Oak Hill and Harbor Bay Casual Shirts but why send me a DXL Dollars Coupon for $20.00 off a order of $100.00 or more for the code not to be valid. If my order was $134..00 why can't i use the $20 coupon? and it says Valid In-Store, at DXL.COM + on the DXL App August 1 - August 31, 2022... If that's the case keep the coupon.

DXL & Amazon will not replace defective undergarments because they state it is over 90 days. I purchased them in January 2022 and now it is July 19, 2022
So, let me understand this. A product that has been washed and used no more than 28 times (probably closer to 24 times) and is only worn 1 day each time is considered normal wear and tear? I wear the Harbor Bay / DXL during the day and Hanes (lighter weight) during the nightl. If I do the math the Harbor Bay / DXL have been worn for a total of no more than 448 hours while other Older Harbor Bay / DXL have been worn for over 5 years with about no more than 260 days of wear X 16 hours max = 4,160 hours of use. I guess I will no longer purchase Harbor Bay DXL.

Clothes are 3 times more expensive and are made with terrible quality. Bought 3 pairs of jeans from these guys at $60 a pair. Within a year, all 3 are have rips and are unwearable. Bought a pair from Levi in the same size for $20 and has lasted me 3 years. I’ll never buy from this ripoff store again!

I have been purchasing clothes for my husband for years from DXL. Seems lately the quality of the products has definitely gone down. We purchased a pair of shorts (Reebok) with side zippers a couple of months ago in anticipation of warmer weather. Has worn them maybe 3 times and I wash on gentle in cold water and the shorts are falling apart (fabric has "pulls" all over them. Total disgrace for a pair of shorts I think were close to $60.00. Very disappointed.

I was excited to see that they had comfort stretch pants because of my size. Now the problem is that they always tear at the seam in the crotch and the sides. The Harbor Bay selection. Never going to buy pants there again. Try Kohl's or bigdudeclothing.com

I simply can't recommend DXL to anyone anymore. On average, I have spent $300-$500 a quarter over the last 2 years purchasing pants and shirts from DXL and not because I want to have an expansive wardrobe but because the quality of their clothing is worse than buying something from a Facebook ad. DXL uses low quality thread on the seams of their pants and dress shirts and particularly thin thread on belt loops and the crotch area to the point where I have started bringing anything purchased from DXL to a tailor immediately or suffer embarrassment as my pants rip down the seam or the buttons on my shirt pop off.
Additionally, the fabric is so terribly thin that you are lucky to get 4-5 wearings out of them before you notice that the fabric is starting to wear through, particularly in the crotch and upper thigh area. Again, I have my tailor sew in a reinforcement in the crotch area to at least keep the trousers in wearable condition for as long as possible but for a company that tailors (no pun intended) it's business to the big and tall gentleman, they don't seem to know anything about how big or tall people actually wear or use cloths.

Our corp office is opening back up, so I rearranged my schedule to drive across town and get new office clothes today on a Monday at 1:30 PM. There was a sign on the door that simply said "We are closed". Right next to it is the store hours Monday-Saturday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. I called their 800 number and they had no idea why it was closed "Maybe they are at lunch" I was told. Sat in my car until 2:00 then drove home. They wasted my very scarce time. This is at a major mall, Washington Square, here in Portland. Very unprofessional, no idea if they are going out of business or just sloppy management.
