Everything fits! A quick and perfect delivery!

Beautiful desk. Fast delivery. Easy assembly.

Great product, easy to assemble, functions 100% as described on the website!

The desk looks great, is sturdy and the motors are quiet enough. I would prefer if you could hide the box with the buttons i.e. push it below the desk and only pull it out when needed. Regarding the delivery I would prefer an option to get it delivered to the apartment instead of the curb, because the packages weigh a lot (one weighed 30kg). Finally, regarding the assembly, it is easy enough, but you may need help lifting the desk. The biggest problem was that one of the holes was not where it was supposed to be - I even measured from the edge of the table to be sure that I did not do something wrong and one of the holes was off by ~5mm compared to the other one at the opposite/symmetric location. I could fix it myself - better than having to send it back. In conclusion, even though delivery and assembly were not optimal, I am still happy with the desk.

Ordered the HomePro desk (size 180x80).
Speedy delivery (also free) that only took a couple of days from ordering (ordered on the 5th, arrived on the 8th). It was also cheaper than other more well known alternatives and the quality feels excellent. Didn’t take long to put together and I am really happy with my choice.

I bought the Home One Standing desk. I’ve only used this a couple of times but my first impressions are very positive. Changing from a low sitting position to standing at max height is seamless. I’ve got two arm mounted monitors in place and It’s very stable and moves smoothly into position. During the initial set up the LCD height display reported an error. Contacted support and they supplied a replacement part which arrived within 3 days. Good service. Happy days.

The desk was delivered on time. The manual is understandable and everything works as expected.

Can't say enough good things about the desk and the service. Purchased 3 months ago, this is an extremely solid desk with a beautiful walnut finish. Operation is smooth and very quiet.

But above all this, the customer service has been fantastic - most notably the handling of the first worksurface which was unfortunately damaged during delivery. I would particularly like to commend Ferdinand and Vlad, who were incredibly helpful and prompt in replyting to emails. I'm a very happy customer.

The goods have not arrived to date. The tracking number was sent to me completely incorrectly. After telephone and chat contact, I was always told stories that the wrong tracking number had been sent or that the tracking portal would not work. Very dubious. I will demand the money back from Paypal.

I ordered the 'Home pro' on 9th of December and received the invoice on the same date but after that there was nothing. Sent them 2 emails in 2 weeks regarding the delivery status and the response came after the second mail apologizing for the delay, stating that holiday season is to blame for. Anyway, the delivery came in 2 parts, the table top was delivered on 23rd and the frame was delivered on 31 of December.

Regarding the product quality, the frame is really great! The motors are considerably quiet and very fast. Setting up was also comparatively easy even though the instruction manual could have been better.

The table top, on the other hand is not up to the mark. There were design flaws on the lamination coats and they were quite visible. Maybe it's just the one I got!

The whole thing is very stable and sturdy. It doesn't wobble during the operations as well. A clear recommend.

To the customer care team, please keep the customers in loop regarding the delivery status. Always keep them informed. Also mention it clearly how it will be delivered(Whether it's a single delivery or multiple parts delivered separately)

The chair took a few days to reach me, but it is worth the waiting.
Good packaging, easy to put together and the chair offers high quality.
I bought it with the higher quality wheels and would absolutely recommend them.

The problem is your logistik service provider who keeps the goods over 2 weeks and it is not possible to get any information from him or desktronic. this will be a reason for us not to order any more.

Customer support interacts promptly und clear. Product was shipped in a perfect condition. Product is perfect.

Product Quality is excellent, and Packing is good.
The user guide to assembling the parts has to be clear and one part of the assembly was very difficult and it was not clearly mentioned in the user guide.

Very good quality, puristic design, and easy to assemble.

I bought the 120cm desk. I believe the same metal framing unit is used for different desk dimensions as the frame is able to extend to accommodate a larger size. In my case reference markings on the desk did not exactly match the holes in the metal frame. Still I was able to screw it firmly.

Another issue is with the user manual. It does not list all the items coming in the box i.e It was not clear to me how and where to install those rubber rings. For the smaller desks only a subset of these rubbers are needed but it is not mentioned on the user manual either therefore you start thinking about where you missed installing them.

One more small detail is when you collapse the metal frame all the way until you match those reference markings then there is no openings for screwing those additional screws as it is illustrated in the user manual but I believe this option only applies for larger models But user manual does not mention it.

On the other hand I am so far satisfied with the quality and overall experience of owning it.
