Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Daga followed up with pricing and Niamh contacted me to make sure I had all the information I needed. When I returned to the store to finalise my purchase we dealt with Aisling and she was brilliant.

We were treated well by Britney who gave us a lot of time and effort in selecting the right item, and viewing swatches outside in the natural light.

Made us feel comfortable that she had done her best to secure us the best deal.

Rachel and Danny were extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. They guided us in the right direction to suit our needs.

I recently made two purchases from Des Kelly Interiors on the Long Mile Road and had an excellent experience. Barry in the flooring department and Mary in beds and mattresses were absolutely brilliant. I couldn’t fault their customer service.

I needed the flooring installed as soon as possible, and Barry went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make sure everything was arranged to suit us. His help and professionalism were outstanding, and the service we received was better than any other store we visited.

Mary was equally fantastic, providing friendly and knowledgeable advice and making the process of choosing our bed and mattress easy and stress-free.

I recently had my stairs carpet fitted by Nick, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, Nick provided outstanding customer service. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was done perfectly.

The quality of the carpet installation on my stairs is excellent, and the attention to detail really shows. Purchase date is 18th of March

Bought a new build and needed beds, I’ve always bought from Des Kelly and wouldn’t go anywhere else, Mary from Long mile Road, helped my 15yr old to pick out the bed she wanted and made her feel so

I went to des kelly long mile road as I always do and had great service in the carpet department top class service as usual but especially today from a young man called michael highly recommend

Michael was really helpful, he talked me through all options for flooring and gave me estimates of costs on the spot. A pleasure to communicate with and obviously very experienced.

I recently went in to get fitted wood for my two bedrooms and carpet for my stairs. I talked with Chis who is a staff member. He was very helpful supported and kind. He knew how to do his job. I was so happy with not only the price but the service. Thank you Chris for making my job easier and I will be back again.

Huge range and very helpful, insightful staff. Not trying to sell you the most expensive but guide you to what suits your needs best.

Gary was stellar! I knew nothing about floors and he made the process super easy. Great advice and support throughout. He was so accommodating when we needed to reschedule (twice). Very happy with the floors. Super quick installation, great quality. Will definitely go back to that store.
