I had such a pleasurable experience today in Des Kelly’s Sandyford. Kevin took the best care with us from start to finish. He made sure we had everything we needed and couldn’t help us enough. No task was too big for him even when I was quite indecisive and wanted to try a few options. We will 100% be back! Thanks Kevin!

Rachel in Coolock provided a fantastic 10/10 service to us. We needed carpet quickly and on a budget, and we wanted to check against an older order which she went off to find for us. Nothing was a problem for her and the service was quick and easy. Thanks so much.

We visited Des Kelly’s in coolock looking for a new mattress , the choice on display was mind boggling , we were approached by the salesman (Derek) who was able to ascertain our needs and requirements and by narrowing it down to 3 mattresses he suggested we try out, he was so knowledgeable and professional and respectful by leaving myself and my partner alone for a while to try out the suggested mattresses.
We made our choice and are super happy with the one we chose .
This was our 4th furniture and bedding store to visit in recent weeks and on arrival We knew we didn’t have to look no further ..
It was also satisfying to know we made our purchase from a 100% Irish owned company supplying Irish made mattresses.

I was in Des Kelly’s Coolock on Saturday looking for a new mattress and a sofa bed. I was unsure of what to get but thankfully Derek from the store was a great help to me in finding a mattress and a sofa bed that suited my husband and I’s needs. Derek was very patient and supportive and not pushy in the slightest. My husband and I left the store completely satisfied with our purchase and Derek played a big part in making that happen. I just got both my kitchen and bathroom floors redone-old tiling had to be prepped and skimmed beforehand to create an even surface and then pale grey wood effect lino installed.
Everyone,from Brian,who made the initial sales call and gave me a quote on the spot,to Pavol,who prepped the floors the night before,to Trevor,who installed the new flooring,were excellent,so efficient and pleasant to deal with.
I looked for product suggestions and prices from 2 other local family owned companies and to date neither have got back to me with a quote,despite coming to my apartment to measure up and have a look,so I am very impressed with the top service given by Des Kelly Interiors Swords.
A stress free and very good value experience and I am delighted with my new floors.
I highly recommend this company.

I cannot recommend the selection and service enough from Derek at Des Kelly (Coolock). He went above and beyond in demonstrating the many options of mattresses and bed frames including the ottoman beds which provide fantastic storage. Would recommend Des Kelly and Derek for anyone looking for a better night sleep (and lots of storage:)

Visited the Swords store for a mattress today and the two male employees went above and beyond. Sorted out our delivery of mattress and frame (that was bought in the Navan store) to come together in less than two weeks! Absolutely thrilled with the service. Thanks lads!

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Kalem at Des Kelly. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions, offered honest advice without any pressure, and made the whole process so much easier.

Customer service like this is hard to come by, and Kalem is a real credit to the company. He's an absolute asset to Des Kelly, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both him and the team to anyone. Thanks again for all your help!

No problems in the sales department but if an issue arises that’s when you realise you should have shopped elsewhere. Far better alternative shops out there. Will never return.
