Website rejecting orders, called them to be told by someone to text them your requirements and they will send a payment link and process the order. Not convinced they trade anymore.

It's a bad choice to give 1 star , this company deserves a negative.

Consistently don't send orders until they've been chased up over and over again. Takes weeks to get anything done. Effectively out to steal your money without sending the items. Scammer

Placed an order 10th Oct 2023 .. Still nothing. Emailed asking for update, was given a number to ring, spoke to a lad who gave me the waffle of it must be lost in post ill re send it That bever happened.. they have also stopped giving updates and
tracking information anymore.. Just taking the money ... Do not use this company ....Avoid

Con artists take your money and not send full order or any of it at all. I used them for years and they repay me with ripping me off. Please steer well clear

I have been using this company for around 4 years now, however my recent order just hasn't arrived? I ordered on 23rd September, its now 31st October and no response to my messages or emails.
This is a massive shame as I recommended this company to lots of people, loved the product. But it almost seems like the company has shut down, but still accepting orders.
Please avoid at all costs, you will just waste your money!

I just don`t know how this company get away with it they are just ripping people off.
They should be closed down by trading standards its disgusting.

Waited over 3 weeks for delivery kept saying some one was gona ring me I sent lots of texts either no reply or will be in touch today waste of time and money awfully company stay away

I have written 5 emails either chasing up my order or asking for a full refund as my order never arrived. Not one reply.
My husband has ordered a lot from this company but said he never will again and neither will I.
Customer service is none existent.

A shame I had to give this company a star at all, otherwise would be a ZERO! Used them for years and last few orders have been a total mess! No response to emails, WhatsApp number on website is not looked at, another number which I had had a single reply asking for address and nothing since. 3 weeks order was placed and no delivery. Used these religiously, not any more! Avoid at all costs! Communication is non existent and ignoring their customers whilst holding their money is criminal. I have requested a charge back from my bank and will advise everyone to seriously look elsewhere!

Placed order 3 weeks ago, turned up today, my issues have been resolved, best product on market but customer service is very poor. had to txt the boss when he was on holiday.

placed an order on 18/8/23 received no acknowledgement, submitted a query 1/9/23 no response. tried whatsapp chat with Adam no reply, 7/9/23. will pursue refund with my bank. shame good product.

Been using this company for along time but now in the last couple of months my orders have been getting later, I have not received my last order. No response to emails or phone calls so will now be avoiding them

It has been nearly 1 month since I made an order costing £75.20, the order was never delivered, the owner of the company avoided email and on-site messages until recently, and blames Royal Mail, I have asked for a full refund but after 10 days still not had one,
Time to let my bank get my money back.
I will also write a review on my blog; WoWs Gamer Blog about this company and my experience with them.

August 21st, 2023 - Sent the 4th email and 3rd online message and 3rd Telephone call, still no refund or delivery.

October 19th 2023, received an email from the company stating my order was sent, so I emailed asking for the tracking number for Royal Mail, this was never sent, delivery never sent, and all correspondence ignored.

After 3 weeks waiting and multiple calls, texts and a bank intervention got me my order delivered.
"First order was sent and likely lost as we regularly have an issue with Royal Mail losing our parcels", was the ultimate reason for delay. Original tracking number didn't show any tracking data.
I've increased my 1 star to 3, because they did eventually fulfil the order. I will likely order again from Design Your Vape
I suggest if you're having major issues with your delivery agent, review who you use and add the prices to the orders to protect margins and maintain customer retention.

Update 27/07/23

I was suprised to receive my two orders today, after unanswered e-mails and the threat of legal action. So at least they finally came through. No explaination or apology, but cant expect everything. I won't risk using them again but when they ARE on their game, they are value.

Just like other who've left reviews I've used Design Your Vape for a few years with no trouble. Last order hasn't shown and can get no communication from them. I was gonna do a big order and so glad I didn't. Doesn't sound like I'll get a refund either but will keep trying.
Avoid.

I've just checked at Companies House and the business (Candybydesign) was dissolved in 2017! So who knows how they've been trading this long.

Soon be out of business selling watered down flavours. do not trust them (YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED)

Design your vape / Puzzle vape.

Used them for years no problem.
Last order over a month wait. No positive communication.
Claimed refund myself through credit card.
I thinks this company is out of buisness. Thats my only conclusion.
Its a shame as i liked their product.

I have been using Design Your Vape for years as i buy all my flavours from them. They where fine when i was buying from them on Ebay but now i buy direct from them. Orders take more than two weeks to be sent and the last order i made was in April and after two weeks of waiting i only got half the order sent. i went to their site and filled out the online contact form and no one got back to me i did this another three times and nothing i even sent them 2 emails and no one got back to me

To-date i have now called them 6 times and spoke to some guy who says the missing vape will be sent out but it never is i have been messing around with this company since April and they have still not sent it out the missing vape. I will never use this company again if this is what they call customer service, as the way they have treat me is Disgusting .

Just so their is no confusion with other company's with a similar name Design Your Vape is based in Poulton le fylde.
