Don't do it!

Logo design was perfect. Website was professional, but content was clearly written by someone who does be not have a grasp of the english language. Trying to make corrections was like pulling teeth.
When 1 year of came around they gave no notification and let the site and domain expire, then they wanted $2000 to bring the site back up????? For a static informational site that only cost $400 to make and host. Your crazy if you use this company at all. Scamming foreigners. They don't get it! I would have renewed, if they didn't let everything expire and come offline. Amazing, but that's where we are these days!

This is by far the worst company we…

This is by far the worst company we have dealt with. No accreditation no delivery no response. We were supposed to get our site up and running in January 2021 and till date we received no feedback.
It’s a hack, pls be careful

Make you a promise take your money and dont follow through

They will take your money and provide you very bad or no service. My account was lost or sold I paid over a grand and nothing was done by this company. the owner of this company is in India so they don't care that you don't get your money's worth.

Update received an email to contact them I have forwarded an email lets as they requested.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, totally unprofessional company. No progress, No customer service, No proper handover.
We literally complained more than 100 times with NOTHING DONE.
Not recommending this company at all to anyone, they promise you the whole world and once you pay them, you start the painful journey of chasing them to get them to do their work.

We’re sorry you had a bad experience. but as per our investigation You have paid for a WordPress website and mobile app. later on you got a very detailed website created through us which costed us the whole amount thus, we weren’t able to work on mobile app project so we have requested you to pay extra for the mobile app which is our right to ask because the amount you paid was included in customizing your website if you have given us the details before you wouldn’t be facing these problems. We have given you the website as per your expectation I hope you are satisfied with that but for the mobile app project you have to pay for it so that we can proceed. You may reach us anytime, thank you again for your feedback!”

Originally I would give this 3 stars. It took 3 different assistants to my project. I'd give it 4 stars because Emily Thompson came through. I give Emily 5 stars. She understood what I needed and with patience and diligence she got it done. She was knowledgeable and able to put a team together and was able to finish my project twice. Thank you Emily Thompson.

Do NOT use Design Solutions 101 for anything!

Let me start this by saying I have experience with web development, website design, and back end solutions for servers and setups.

Design Solutions 101 "completed" a website build for my company and the end result was nothing short of a nightmare. Our original website ranked 1st in google search results, with accurate and important information. One day after design 101 installed their "custom" designed site, rogue code had transformed our site into a spam, free software site and those results are what you see when you look up our company. We have lost business and potential contracts due to this error and I couldn't be more dissatisfied with their service.

We went from 5000-10,000 unique clicks a day to zero with reports of our site being malicious. I am currently on day 10 of trying to clean up their mess with the search engines.

Elvin Jospeh, our contact and sales person, tried to upsell us on every aspect of the job. The original website they delivered loaded slowly and the SEO (which they said they would do) was not done at all. We ended paying them 3 times for more services which normal companies offer as one rate. Basically they took our money, offered no solutions that didn't require paying more money, and have all around been a terrible experience.

I urge you to stay far away from this company, and if you have had any work done by them really look at what has been done and have a 3rd trusted party comb through your files for any suspicious code.
