If possible I would give no stars at all. I looked for a way to cancel my free trial and couldn’t find any clear way to do this. I sent a message through their “contact us” side of things which was conveniently tucked away inside their affiliate program section no one has responded to date! they have been charging me nearly £50 even month for a platform I couldn’t use while my account still says I’m on a free trial by the way. Their AI thing is not as intuitive as it advertised AT ALL. I then proceeded to block the card payment through my bank and they are sending me reminders that my payment for the month failed! What kind of wickedness is this???? Please if anyone knows how to get this cancelled please share on hear I’ll be checking here from time to time!

Absolute garbage.

I have been attempting to delete my account after repeated failed attempts at creating something with their service. As a previous reviewer stated, navigating the website is impossible and while i was able to cancel my free trial, there is no support email or anything public to actually delete your account or receive support. I normally try to be fair in my reviews but this seems like an incredible oversight. Terrible service overall. I sent an email to them to get my account deleted and hope that that will be my last time ever contacting this company.

Visited their booth at a Summit. The staff didn't smile, behave aloof. Wow! No worries, will never get a course from them.

I signed up for the free trial with the understanding that I would be able to cancel before being charged. However, I could not find a clear option to cancel my subscription, and I did not receive any notification that the trial would automatically convert into a paid plan.

After the trial ended, I was unexpectedly charged a significant amount. I had no intention of continuing with the paid plan, and I have not used any of the paid features since the charge. I’ve already contacted customer support and am waiting for a response.

I’m writing this review to share my experience and to request that my refund be reviewed and processed fairly.

Additionally, I’ve seen that many other users have reported similar experiences on this platform. This recurring pattern suggests that there may be confusion caused by the way the billing or cancellation process is presented on the payment page.
As a result, users like myself may find themselves charged unintentionally despite not intending to subscribe.
Given these circumstances, I believe I am entitled to a fair refund.

I signed up for Designs.ai after seeing it recommended as a vector design tool. While the site initially appeared promising, it quickly became clear that the platform does not deliver what it advertises. The tools are limited in functionality, and the quality of the assets is not as professional as suggested. Worse, there's no clear way to delete your account, an immediate red flag.

After trying to close my account, I discovered there is no user-facing option for deletion, and contacting support yielded little help. This lack of transparency around account management and data privacy is unacceptable in 2025. It feels more like a trap than a creative tool.

I would not recommend this platform to anyone looking for reliable design software or ethical business practices. There are far better (and safer) alternatives out there.

Scam .....never downloaded and I have 2GB.

not worth it, tried it ai was not able to read anything or do anything. tried deleting account, couldnt see an option no support team as well so dont make the same mistake i did.

I refuse the payment with my credit card because it was NOT my intention to subscribe an annual plan. But you found a way to bill me 463.89 dollars.
I asked AMEX to contact you but you confirmed the payment. This is a scam.

This is a total scam. I never signed up for their service but they're still charging me. Criminals.

Paying for the service that I don't use
I could not find the unsubscription button and account deletion which I had no idea I had subscribed to their software, they claimed they are free but they got my credit card information and charged me every month, even if I called the bank to stop the old credit card and changed a new one, they charge me again at the next month, which is totally a SCAM!!!!

Literally bullies other small businesses and content creators online

I informed them within 24 hours after the free trial of 7 days that the charge was a mistake, I did not intend to buy. I did not even use it more than once because it was terrible.

They refused to refund the one month they charged me.

UPDATE: They have now refunded the money.

Claiming its free! Its fine to use it with free points but faking it like its really free is another thing. Hit download and you know what we are talking about.

I am trying to sign in to cancel my sub and I cannot even log in to do so, site just keeps hanging.

Their trial to subscription conversion happend in an unethical fashion. When I messaged them about the fact that I am not using their service and I'd like my money back, they refused; so I am disputing their charges.

Horrible customer-service, avoid if possible!

Update: I did reach out to support first. You said there is nothing you can do about it. I am just sharing my experience with the lot of you after the fact
