Flyers made in timely manner.

The team was incredibly fast and receptive to feedback. In the past i've worked at Fortune 500 with combo of in-house and external agencies and this service blew my mind. Overnight i've received new logos for sub-brands and new marketing landing page designs. So so fast and no hard feeling with direct feedback. Design Pickle is a perfect pairing with copy writing help from ChatGPT. Very efficient and incredibly cost effective.

Shocking quality of work. Sales team is A+, quality of work is beginner level. I assume it's because their designers have so much work to do at once they just use templates and generic designs. Very disappointed. Complete waste of money and time for us as a whole.

Several years with Design Pickle, and it's not better.

We have had a constant workflow for years (so not just one experience but in aggregate). The quality of the work hasn't improved in spite of repeated asks and notes. From sending along InDesign templates that get ignored to the poor formatting of returned documents, we use about 40-50% of what we get back and of that, we still have to often make modifications and changes to make it presentable. This is particularly distressing in that we have narrowed our asks nearly completely to a couple clients. We have been transitioning many of our higher impact requests to other resources with better results. The dashboard is nice, and the company talks about making improvements. We've yet to see the positive impact.

In response to the company, perhaps I should be clear. I met with the company multiple times in my many years with the platform with requests for many of these things to be addressed. I do hope they do finally address these issues, but this is a review, and up until this time, they have not. It is disingenuous to suggest I have not replied to your company (I did, saying the same thing), spoken to the company (3 times in customer review sessions), or to suggest to people looking at Design Pickle that this is not an authentic experience. It very much is. If you ask for reviews, please be prepared for actual reviews and do not attempt to undercut them.

Best design service in the market!

I can't recommend DP higher!

The service offers notable benefits, but to fully leverage its capabilities, opting for the upgraded premium plans is necessary. Utilizing the basic plan can pose challenges, particularly with its 24-hour turnaround time. Even with efficient use of the basic plan, users may find themselves needing to plan design projects well in advance. This plan may not be suitable for those requiring fast turnarounds.

On the other hand, the upgraded premium plans offer real-time editing features, which significantly enhance the service's functionality. Despite the limitations of the basic plan, the service remains commendable, allowing users to effectively manage their time and resources.

Responded right away and assured me she would get to the bottom of the challenges we were having. It's not always easy communicating with customer service via chat but this was definitely the exception!

Megan held my hand the entire time answering my question. Not only did she reach out to my team via Slack, she followed up and make sure I had what I needed. Thank you Megan -- as a new pickler I'm still working through the kinks.

As a new small business owner I was looking for affordable options to get a logo and business card designed. Design Pickle was the perfect solution and created something I loved with easy ways to provide feedback to get the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely be back for future projects.

Presentations were basic templates and lacked any real design work.

The admin panel on this application ( the one you interact with the entire time ) looks and functions like internet circa 2007.
Simply inputting text or design feedback feels archaic.

Turn around time was guaranteed for 24 hours but your project would be split into parts, I’d get the first few slides then wait another day.it was not a 24 hour turn around time, I’d submit presentations and this service always delayed me.

Overall design pickle didn’t save me any time and all the work was mediocre.
