placed an order for a logo package. I was overcharged for the package and questioned the price difference. Packages and prices are clearly displayed on the website designmylogos.com
Owner stated his website was under construction, therefore the prices displayed were incorrect.

Rhe owner offered to "provide extra files" for the error; however could not dictate what the "extra file types" would be. The package I purchased came with every file needed already so this solution wasn't actually a solution.

I have received no logo, they refused to refund my money even with the 100% money back guarantee.

save yourself money and headache and go with a legitimate honest ethical company with real design talent.

Absolutely horrible. We hired them to market our business and every single post they created had dozens of grammar errors and words spelled wrong. They put false information about our business in the posts. When we confronted them about it they laughed. I am so disappointed and disgusted with this company. Unprofessional employees and scammers.

Great experience working with Alyson. She was very professional but also really friendly and relaxed in her correspondence. I was keen to pick someone of a similar age who could relate to me and she definitely delivered! Alyson was always very speedy to reply and listened carefully to what it was I needed. The turn around time was meant to be 48 hours max but in most cases she got revisions back to me in under 12 hours so I was super happy with that!

Quick turn around for designs and I really appreciate the unlimited re-draws. However I would be cautious in thinking you can get 100% money back at any time, for any reason. If you like a design and ask to see it in different colors this constitutes finalizing a design and at this point a refund is no longer an option. That should be made clear to the client. I did end up with a beautiful logo that I am excited to use on many different products. Communication is very relaxed and in-formal which is good for some, but others may not appreciate it. All in all, I got a great looking logo at a decent price point.
